Super glad that I ordered a coffee with cream, sugar, and French vanilla just to be given a black coffee. And the girl at the window to not say one single word to me. Not a total, not a have a good day NOTHING. this Dunkin sucks anymore. Go to the one in Poland and wait for your coffee. They’re constantly getting orders wrong here.

Many yummy breakfast goodies that are available at DD. My favs are the wraps & stuffed mini bagels when I’m crunched for time. Love an Iced Cafe Latte or a large hot coffee on the colder mornings. Occasionally we will bring home a box of donuts for the family to enjoy. Dunkin Donuts has evolved over the years to offer a great selection of items & a variety of drinks that will satisfy everyone.

Workers are very Weird and unprofessional i order a large drink no ice and when I say they barely filled the cup up it could have future in a small container. I tried asking about it and they dint even acknowledge me saying anything. I get that at most places they wont fill it up and I understand that (i guess) but this place is ridiculous.

Really BAD. They get all these new people in there and they don’t know how to make coffee. I asked for an extra large caramel hot coffee with cream and sugar. I get the coffee but it tastes like black coffee. It tasted like there was no caramel, cream or sugar. Then I told the lady at the window it was nasty, had nothing in it and she gave me packets of creams and sugars when we go to Dunkin we expect our coffee to be made properly not with packets of sugar and cream but real caramel because we pay for it. If I wanted regular coffee I would’ve made it at home. The girls name on the receipt is Mackenzie. She didn’t even offer to make me another one. If this situation doesn’t get fixed I’m going to different Dunkin’s or I will stay at Starbucks this customer service is terrible.

Bacon was uncooked. I had snacking bacon before and this not it. I normally don’t do this, but this not it. I feel like you should make food like you would eat it. Ik for a fact nobody would eat this. Everytime I go there it’s something and I barely go there. Last time it taste like they didn’t put no sugar in my drink. They need better employees for sure.

The employees are always polite, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I go there pretty much everymorning. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because a few times that I ordered there, my hash browns were really cold and stale. Other than that, I love this place.

I easily go to dunkin 4-5 times a week. I recently moved to the area and this is my first time at this location. I ordered a coffee and a GLAZED donut. I received what appeared to be a coffee with no syrup and a Boston crème donut with nothing on it. The drive thru workers were not even remotely polite. I will not be going to this location again. The experience at this dunkin was flat out embarrassing.
