I gave 2 stars because I’m fed up with this papa John’s. This is the 3rd chance I’ve given them with their cheese bread. I got the 6 cheese and there is barely any cheese! It is 85% bread then cheese. There is a small circle of cheese in the middle. They have done this multiple times and still can’t get it right. This location used to be awesome now it sucks.

At first I was just gonna called and tell you guys that I got garlic knots with no garlic. Now I am angry. I called twice got put on hold for thirty minutes then the second time got hung up on. Pizza was dry and burnt. Order $50 worth of food that wasn’t satisfying and I use my $10 papa dough that I could have saved. I really felt like they just didn’t care tonight because they had a sign up saying carry out end at 9:10pm. Will not be ordering from here again!!

I will likely not use this store again. These folks were working hard to meet the pizza demands of a Friday evening, no doubt about it. They also seemed to be organized in their processes. They also seemed to be in mostly good spirits and were courteous to their customers. However, I was frustrated when the PJ APP told me my pizzas were ready and they were not. Then, after I had gone inside to pickup my not-ready pizzas and provided the order name, the PJ APP declared I had picked up my pizzas. When I finally arrived home my pizzas’ crust was almost burned.

I wanted to pick up/carry out and for whatever reason it’s not even an option. Can only do delivery from here as of today. I ordered at 7:18 and it wasn’t delivered until 8:41. Completely unacceptable. Pizza was barely warm.

Ordered honey bbq wings and they were done dry with absolute no flavor. The pizza was so dry we could not even find the sauce. Had bacon added and could o it find flakes. Maybe one piece bacon for whole large pizza. I have never been disappointed with Papajohns anywhere but this one was not good. Difnt call back cause we were tired. Delivery driver was nice and polite.

Ordered a New York style crisp crust pizza. The order was taken by someone in another country that could barely speak English. I got off the phone with the order taker and got a phone call from the delivery driver 9 minutes later. Order was quick but apparently crisp New York style pizza became half cooked and limp. I threw it away. What a waste of time and money
