free smells can’t beat that. their sandwiches are my favorite. the bread is so fluffy; yet it has a little crunch to it. baked perfection

Tonight there was only one person running the store. She did a great job informing me they needed to substitute the bread for one of the sandwiches. She even apologized for the wait which isn’t her fault, this store needs more staff like the girl preparing my order today.

For a store that claims to be “freaky fast” it was the slowest sandwich place I’ve ever been to. The food was OK tasting, however their items were lacking. The ranch dressing was super runny and the whole wheat bread was too thick and short leaving the toppings to fall out the sides. The staff was very helpful in answering questions but were limited with “corporate” regulations that didn’t allow us to really customize our meal the way we wanted.

Just ordered $20 in sandwiches including a Kick in chicken wrap. My wife likes the kick in sauce on the side. Charged us $.55 for a cup of sauce rather than putting it on the wrap. Manager said an employee was giving them out instead of changing for them.

i come here all the time for lunch because it’s super close to my work and i order on the app and eat on the way back and get back to work with 12 mins to spare. every time i get a sandwich here the lettuce tastes sooo fresh and the whole sandwich just tastes fresh and so good. the veggies always taste clean idk how to explain it. i live 40 mins away from here and the jimmy johns by my house just don’t do it like this location. the veggies there just don’t taste fresh or if they do it’s a hit and miss – but this location ALWAYS tastes awesome. cleanliness here must be good or they must thoroughly wash their produce – idk what it is. thanks for the great lunches!

We have had some good experiences and enjoyed the lunches. Went back for dinner and they would not heat the sandwich we asked about at lunch. I was not feeling well at lunch so wife went back to buy son a sub for dinner and they would not sell day old bread that they would at lunch. I think rating drop from 5 star to 3 across the board. We had to clean table with water and multiple napkins.

Great service and quality! I eat here often enough they even remember my name and order, and I’ve never been disappointed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They may slow down a bit when they’re busy, but they often get entire bus fulls of people stopping in for lunch, and I’ve still never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my order. With a full lobby, online orders, and only 2-4 people working at a time, that’s a really fast wait time imo! Awesome staff, 10/10.
