Gary’s serves pretty tasty pizza at a reasonable price, in a relatively unique and eclectic atmosphere, photos of the food lining the ceiling for some reason, alongside pizza trays and a turf wall??

We have spent a lot of money at this location over the years.Tonight, there was a mistake made on their end with pricing online per the employee. We were told they were waiving delivery charge. When it arrived we were told we owed the additional charge. The driver said, the person on phone made a mistake that they didn’t know what they were doing because everyone was new. He was rude and argumentative and he said, no big deal just comes out of my pocket. In the end we gave him the money. We will not order from this business in the future.

Pick up order was supposed to be done by 4:28 but wasn’t ready until 12 mins later. We were the only ones there. Thin crust wasn’t even made in house. Pizza was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Hosted a Birthday Celebration for 30 guests at Bad Habbit in St Joseph on Saturday. Ordered pizza and a salad for guests to arrive at 5:45pm from Gary’s Pizza. The Wednesday prior, paid for the pizza and salad, generous tip and delivery. Confirmed Friday, Saturday no pizza, called restaurant 6:00pm they didn’t have my order, told me 35-60 minute wait!!! We walked 1/2 block to get our pizza after 1 hour wait. Waited 15 additional min. in line. No salad! Then called the next morning to talk to a manager because the phones were not reachable on Saturday! The restaurant manager offered me $50 in store credit on a $200 order, 1 hour wait, had to pick up my own order no salad, and to top it off I have to drive and get the $50 credit! I will never recommend this place ever. Very disappointing for my 30 guests. I would recommend using someone else if hosting a pizza party!

I ordered 18 pizzas today. I had ordered a variety of pizzas. They were ready on time. The pizzas were steaming when I walked out of the store. The participants I provided the pizzas loved the pizza – they were a big hit!
The process was easy. They were very organized and when I walked in at 4:00 PM today, they were ready and waiting for me!
I have another event to host next month – I will be back to Gary’s again next month. It was a very positive process. Thank you!
