I placed an order online through the Domino’s website. When the order was picked up, they handed the courier 4 out of 10 boxes. I called the Beverly Hills location and let them know that the order was missing six boxes. The manager got on the phone and told me I have no idea what I’m talking about, she has been there All day and there’s absolutely nothing to talk about. She said she will either throw the pizzas away or I can have someone go back and pick them up because they’re not delivering and she’ll hang up on me if I don’t stop talking. She’s by far the Rudest, most incompetent human I’ve ever interacted with. She then hung up the phone on me and without a choice, I had to send someone else to pick up the rest of the pizzas, which by that point, were cold and embarrassingly not edible. Don’t ever order from them. This place and especially the manager is complete garbage and I can’t even get a response from their corporate office.

This food was so bland no flavor at all, so inconsiderate of taste. They did not care to call and ask if I wanted my soda replaced by a different option, no utensils for my pasta no napkins, food was cold. Pizza and pasta didn’t have any flavor or taste. The only thing that had taste was the ranch. How could you forget the soda? I mean he said they were out of soda and did the math wrong. The soda was 4 dollars yet I got only 2 dollars back. Worst experience ever. I have ordered here before they always forget things and they never communicate if there’s something they don’t have they should provide replacements. I forgot to mention they burnt my pasta too; not to mention the 8 shreds of Philly steak. They always say you get a free pizza and this is not even free I have to spend more then 16 dollars to get my “free” pizza delivered. Absolutely disappointed with this place and costumer service. 2 stars because I have to eat and they made the food.

Most reviews mention about the quality of the pizza…I just feel bad for some nice delivery drivers at this location.
The person who made pizza tonight gotta learn the balance of sauce and cheese on top. It was soggy & DRENCHED. The cheese was uncooked and missing 20% on the whole pie. Im sure corporate has instructions showing how to make pizza, right? All in fine print…I requested …”well done”? Is there No quality control if this person is doing it the wrong way?
WAS this done on purpose to ruin the taste of your pizza to customers?
They get the orders wrong most of the time these days.
Better ordering from other locations even it means picking it up.

They don’t even serve pizza by the slice. And the person behind the counter gave me a bunch of attitude when I asked about whats the smallest pizza they offer. Dominoes used to be a fun place now it lacks any semblance of humanity.

It’s a little ridiculous, you’re in Beverly Hills, know how to give Service, it really ain’t that hard. I usually do my orders carryout, and since this location is closest to me I usually order from here. The pizza here is hit and miss, and I hate to say that I’m sometimes worried when ordering from here. The last time I ordered, my pizza was bone dry and I could barely taste the sauce. The pepperoni pizza also had a weird fishy taste. Not sure if I’ll order from here again.

Not only one star the driver Edson he can’t find my address he barely speaks English and when he call to ask us about the address he not listen to us 3 pp try to explain him but he not understand even this is the business it’s easy to find close to them only 0.5 miles he spends 1 hr and call back that he arrives but no he still go to the wrong streets ..it’s poor service we ended up to cancel the order cuz he can’t find us and it’s take 1 hr for the last time that he call us..

I own a restaurant myself for 30 years, and I am very understanding and tolerant for mistakes. What I care about is the culture and consciousness of a business. I always dread ordering from this location on Olympic Blvd, Beverly Hills, because the staff is never helpful and really don’t care about you. But when you order online it directs me to the closest location to my restaurant. Against my better judgment, I tried again this Sunday for my own staff. I called around 7:00 for 8:30 delivery. At 8:30, I called to check the status. The staff answered, “The food is on the way”. I offered to pick it up myself since we are only 5 minutes away, they insisted that “the food is on the way”. We kept calling, and then the hang-ups started. When I finally got through at 9:30, 2.5 hours from when the order was placed, I requested to speak with the manager. After half an hour on the phone, the manager said nonchalantly, we are busy, but I can make your order now if you want it. Here I wanted to treat my staff from a long, busy night, so that they didn’t have to cook the employee meal. They were tired and starving, and I felt responsible. If only this store would have owned the truth about having never made our order, I would have ordered from somewhere else. Some of the staff couldn’t wait and had already started leaving. At this point it was too late to make the order so I told them to cancel the order. They had the nerve to ask if I would like refund?! For a $300.00+ order, seriously??? I have had poor experiences with this location, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt, and that it’s just a fluke, but no! This is the culture of this location. And what a shame! Such a good concept, but with the poorest execution!
