Great subs, this location is super slow. Order online says it will be ready in 15 mins and I show up 30 mins later and still not done. I understand it’s lunch rush but either their website needs better estimates or they need to get better at making subs in an efficient manner. Maybe they aren’t checking the online orders often idk

Food is always good but could use more staffing. I haven’t been able to get an order in less than 25 minutes my last couple trips. Mobile orders wait and they forgot one of my orders so had to wait. Just seems they really could have used more help.

I placed an order for delivery through the app at 6:45 this evening. It said it was going to take 71 minutes to get here. So I went to the DoorDash app and checked time and price. I could get it through there in 35 minutes but it was going to cost me $6 more. So I figured like ALL the other times I ordered I would get it in about 20-30 minutes. Well here we are and approaching two hours later and I still don’t have my order. I’ve called the store a minimum of 8 times and it disconnected after 15 rings. DoorDash wants nothing to do with it since I went through JM’s app. Driver picked up the order and took 22 minutes to make an 8 minute drive. Should’ve done Freaky Fast.

Couldn’t decide what to get and the chicken bacon ranch was suggested. Mmmmmmm delicious. The line moves quick. The workers were polite and friendly. The entire place was clean and tidy. That’s why this is my goto when in a hurry and need to grab lunch quick. Thanks!!!

Good flavor. Soft bread. Meat is sliced at time of order, not pre-cut. Will be going back to try another flavor.

I had the best experience ever here. I had their new hot honey chicken sandwich. It was so dang good. The staff was very friendly. They really cared about our experience. When I said it was my first time there ever they were very helpful. We will be back for sure.
