Our server Aron, was so welcoming when we first arrived. It was my first time eating here and a special occasion for me (birthday) so I had high expectations a bit. Aaron made sure we understood the process of how to order at Fogo De Chao and always repeated back to us what we ordered so we wouldn’t miss anything. He checked in with us constantly and was very friendly throughout our dining experience here. If we wanted to try something specific like top sirloin or lamb he made sure to communicate to his coworkers to come to the table. He kept our water glasses filled without us having to ask! He was very observant with our table and grabbed any unused plates when needed. His service made my first time eating here very enjoyable with my family! Thank you Aron!!

Absolutely loved this restaurant. Every employee was friendly and effectively served us. They were really busy when we went so we did have to flag down a waiter a few times for refills of our drinks, but they did leave us a large bottle of water at the table. As for the food, it was amazing. The bacon wrapped steak was delicious. We were offered new meat every few minutes as the servers were walking around the entire time. They even were able to make my boyfriend a special filet mignon medium rare after we requested it. Overall a great birthday dinner for my boyfriend.
Also the yellow bird drink was perfect.

The meat was incredibly tasty, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Every cut that came to the table was delicious and full of flavor. The service was attentive, and the whole atmosphere made it feel like a special dining experience.
My best tip: don’t load up on too many sides at the beginning save your space and enjoy as much of the meat as you can so you don’t get full too fast It’s definitely worth it!
I highly recommend it if you love high-quality meats.

Had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at this Fogo de Chão location in Burlington, and it truly exceeded my expectations—from the exquisite cuisine to the warm, family-like atmosphere. I had the joy of meeting Gigi, their Sales Manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly alongside the attentive and friendly Fogo team.
The food was absolutely delicious. Their meat selection was top-notch and cooked perfectly to my preference—medium. I also tried their Caramelized Pineapple Old Fashioned, and wow, it was a standout! Sweet, smoky, and surprisingly refreshing.
Whether you’re celebrating something special or just craving a memorable meal, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out. You won’t regret it!

My husband and I visited for the first time and I have to say, very seldom do we find a restaurant that checks all the boxes.
Great atmosphere, amazing service and the best food we’ve had in a long time.
We both ordered Indulgent Chirrasco, full salad bar (amazing options), a side lobster tail and crab cake, and the endless skewered variety of rotisserie flamed meats. All just amazing. And of course, ended this experience with 2 decadent desserts; crème brûlée and their chocolate ganache cake

We had a dynamic duo Michele and Daffny taking care of us tonight. Both were incredible! They were very sweet, attentive and kind. We had a wonderful date night. A beautiful location inside had a very very nice interior look to it very fancy upscale look upon walking in we weren’t agree with no greeter and the first table they gave us had fruit flies flying around and or gnats we asked for another table they gave us one server took a while to come to us and let us know the first time at this restaurant so we didn’t know what to do but when it started it started!! I just wish the server would explain a little bit more to us and how do we get what we want we just took whatever it came I like the fact that you could stop coming to you with the green card and the red card when flipped over all the meats were delicious it was a good $300 night for me and my wife on our wedding anniversary I did let them know is our anniversary nobody didn’t say anything or do anything I wasn’t expecting them to but I did stay in the reservation that it was so don’t go here thinking that they’ll do anything special

First time after wanting to come for a couple of years. We were not disappointed. Every meat we sampled was delicious with our favorites being the bacon wrapped chicken and the garlic steak. The salad bar offerings were fresh and refilled promptly. Our drinks were perfect also as the bar makes both standard and specialty Brazilian drinks.
The unexpected highlight was the grilled honey cheese. Now I’m on the hunt to find this to make at home.
The only negative is how they deliver the meats in rotation. With your indicator green you’ll get anyone walking by stop and offer. However we had to ask for Sausage because that server never made it to our side of the restaurant. I’m not sure that we didn’t miss something else.
Definitely a nice night out as you can enjoy a long dinner although it can be a little loud as they get packed.
Probably going to try a lunch service next time.

Top notch service, food and atmosphere. Full house and multipule servers coming to the table yet nothing felt rushed or hurried.
Clean self serve area with lots of options and meats carved at the table cooked to perfection.
Wonderful birthday dessert also!
