Great place to stop anytime, great selection of beers and the food is awesome, try the fish fry on Friday Nights!

About 7 is. We got there and a group was up front drinking and chatting. The back seemed light so we sat. We waited ten or so minutes then we got our own menu. The menu looked great bit no one greeted us or nodded or gave us drinks. I saw the server working. Fine but at least acknowledge we are there. After 15 more minutes a pair sat beside us. Eventually the sever got them drinks, took their order and left. Not even a glance. To me this was foreshadowing on a worse experience. Wish I could have sampled the food but experience is part of the eating out experience.

Nostalgic community staple! Fair prices, decent food and friendly/accommodating staff. I needed ice and was able to walk up to the side of the bar and get ice without issue even though the bar was packed!

The place was busy we drove for 45 minutes to try the fish fry and sat at a table a long time before final getting a waitress to come to our table and then we were told that they had no fish left and it was early still. We still ordered and food was good but understaffed so we had to wait for the food and another drink.

We heard on Facebook what a great Fish Fry the Viking Bar had. Unfortunately, we could only stop on a Saturday. My husband is a pescetarian and there was no fish sandwich I on the menu. We thought we had to leave after a round of beers. However, our bartender came to our rescue! Although we missed the fish fry on Friday, they were able to make us two fish hoagies and WOW were they great! Super fresh, great tartar, huge portion. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to make it back on a Friday!

Great place. Amazing service. Called 5 mins before kitchen closed. Took our order for dine in. We drove up, and they had our food ready in mins. Staff was so friendly. We really appreciate them after our 10 hr drive. Highly recommend this place.
