First time I ever had vocelli Pizza. This will be the last time. Some of the worst pizza I have had in a long long time. Crust is super chewy toppings were scarce, the mushrooms are so fresh you can still taste the dirt on them, the pepperoni tasted good My wife said the three onion pieces that was on it tasted good . For a $20 pizza I expected so much more. That $2.50 pizza we had it from the grocery store the other day was 20 times better.

My food was cold, incorrect, and missing garlic bread. When I called the customer service was disappointing. They stated that I was wrong and even though I ordered meatballs that they crush them up…which has not been the case any other time I have ordered pasta from them. They refused to remake it. They put cheese on a salad I ordered with no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. So all they did was send me another salad without cheese and two pieces of burnt garlic bread that I had to wait another 20 minutes for which was a complete insult. This store has gone so far downhill. I normally don’t mind if someone makes a mistake but it seems like they don’t even care anymore and I will not be spending any more money there again.

But let’s be serious. What kind of pizza shop closes at 9pm?
I work 3rd shift at Grede foundry and our whole maintenance crew loves Vocelli’s pizza. But unfortunately this lame shop is closed before we start. I wonder how this shop survives.

This place is phenomenal, The taste is definitely of that of a real Italian Pie. Fast services, no contact option, pay online, get delivered. From start to finish not even 1/2 hour. I Love Vocellis… I don’t ha r. A pic of the pie, but I do have a photo of the Tuscan Chicken Salad. DELICIOUS..

10/26/2024. Can in to get my 6:30 pickup. Saw a guy struggling to toss a pizza. Another gentleman behind the counter told him never give up. Don’t stop trying you got this. It’s great to hear co works supporting each other keep it up. Ps this is my first time ordering. Hope the food is as good as the customer service.

THE only pizza I will eat in meadville! My favorite the best they make it ALWAYS how I want. And I’ll only eat cheese! They know me by name and number at this point! The drivers always go above and beyond! Never can complain! Had the call them and them know too!!

This is only the second time I’ve ordered. Last time I had Mac and cheese pizza and it was AMAZING. this time I had a hot turkey sub and by far the best sub I’ve had since I moved to meadville. That cheese is top tier not the cheap grainy mozzarella you get at most restaurants. I’d highly recommend to anyone!
