I’ve been going to this location for over 30 years. I think it will always be there.
It’s been renovated since my last visit.
Fast and friendly service. My town (north of Springfield) has NEVER served me fresh fries… ever. It’s a nice change.
The restaurant was clean and neat.
We’ll be moving to the area soon.
It’s nice to know we will have a nice Wendy’s near us now.
DO NOT ORDER A SALAD FROM THIS PLACE!! NO ONE IS TRAINED ON SALADS!! YOU HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING OR IT WON’T BE RIGHT!!!!!!! IT’S GOING TO BE NO DRESSING, OR NO CROUTONS OR NO PECANS…..AGAIN!!!!!

Wonderful Springfield Ohio art at Wendy’s. Cashier could be a little nicer but besides that. The food was delicious the drinks were cold and fresh. Seeing art work that the community has done while we eat is a nice coming environment.

This store was just renovated and me personally do not like it. I like how it was originally. They should’ve kept it. The customer service was ok. Now the main reason why I came to Wendy’s was because I heard they had Sprite remix and it’s true! It’s a pretty good beverage.

Every time I have gone through the drive thru during the evening hours, my food is never right. Went through and ordered two combos, my sandwiches were wrong. Went back through and told them they were wrong, they replaced them and still got one of my sandwiches wrong… which is crazy because I got it how it comes on the menu. Either carelessness or straight ignorance, or both. This shouldn’t be happening…

Paid $5 plus for this. Very little bacon. For $1.50. Ordered a Bacon and cheese baked potato no liquid chz add shredded chz. Had to go in 3 times first time to get salt and pepper second time to get Bacon on my Bacon and cheese potato they didn’t put in my potato. Third time to get more bacon because I literally has 4 really small pieces on potato. The first lady was nice and sweet I believe she was a manager the last lady the cashier was also nice and sweet. Thank you ladies for getting me together

Generally consistency is there. The food is not bad. My daughter loves this place way more than McDonald’s. Unfortunately placing orders through drive-thru. I had received wrong orders several times so now I double check every time I get my food into the car.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger, they were out! So I had to get a bacon burger, the burger was dry and the bacon was in crumbled pieces, ketsup splashed on the outer side. I think it had cheese on it but really sure about that. It’s the worst I’ve ever had from Wendy’s

Did an online order for breakfast. Got there and got in line well before the cut off time. They service everyone except me. When I got up to the window,they claimed they didn’t have my order,then when I showed it to them and said it was not yet 10:30, they told me they had no more breakfast food to give me. They refunded my money,but because I was upset with driving there,waiting in line to leave with nothing,the mgr. saw fit to say a smart mouth comment as I was leaving. Sorry to see Wendy’s sink so low.

Haven’t been here for years and won’t be back. Visited on Sunday evening — no one dining in when we got there but we had a hard time finding a clean table. The floor was sticky where something was obviously spilled hours prior, no fresh brewed tea, ketchup dispenser was inoperable (although given the condition of the restaurant, ketchup packets more sanitary.) The drink dispenser was disgusting with the beverage splatter all inside the machine.
I actually asked if they ever cleaned it– when he said yes, I told him it had been awhile…
Beverages spilled on the counter where the straws and drink lids are stored.
Chairs were sitting out in the aisle for some reason and just general feeling of an unkept atmosphere.
