This place is off the beaten path but in the heart Keokuk, iowa. The hosts at the front door were very hospitable. Our waitress her name was Vicki and she was able to tell us the specials for the day and gave us all the details necessary to get a good meal serve to us. If you order a sandwich that you can also for an upcharge get the all you can eat soup and salad bar. The salad bar is plentiful. They have beats and lettuce and spinach and broccoli and onions and tomatoes and potato salad and pimento cheese with crackers and various different dressings so if you want to sell this is the place to go. The prices are moderate but reasonable. They also have kids meals for the children.

Anyways, I also read the positive reviews and most spoke of the employees kindness and attentiveness which is a rarity in today’s world.
I decided to have the ribeye steak and asked for it medium rare. Low and behold it was a perfect medium rare which is also unusual in today’s world as well.
Salad and soup bar was also a bonus. Reminded me of Wisconsin supper club.
Love this place but just wished it was closer to my home area of Chicago.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Beef Bread & Brew. Friendly staff & atmosphere was a huge bonus. I was honestly looking for a salad bar. It was a nice salad bar which included soup! My husband hates romaine lettuce so our very kind waitress (sorry I forgot her name) chopped him some iceberg lettuce. You honestly don’t get service like that many places. We will definitely be back in the near future. Just as a point of reference (we are sick of being in Illinois) so we drive out of state in order

Came here for Mother’s day buffet and Food was hot and fresh. The only complaint was that My grandpa had ordered coffee and they brought him an ICE cold cup but they were quick to fix it. Food was good and The price wasn’t unreasonable for what we got! Will be returning!
