Love, love, love this place! Located next to McDonalds in Stanford Mall and right across the covered parking garage.
Small area but they’ve made good use of the space. I’ve walked past this place several times because I’m just not into wraps- until i saw people in the outside seating area with bowls!!!
They have food selections- asian themed in taste. I loved the options they have for their Nori bowls and how you can choose between, chicken or steak. You get bang for your buck because they don‘t scrimp on the ingredients. You will get a generous portion and totally money well spent! Food is presented well & carefully prepared- it’s almost a shame to wat it! There’s something for everyone! Kids menu, vegetarian options…
I like how they’re environmentally conscious. Waste sorting bins and the first place that i’ve seen use bamboo straws! Way better than paper straws because they don’t get mushy however long it’s submerged in your drink.
Great ambiance with good music that plays from a central sound system. Nothing too loud but sends a good vibe. Staff are nice and polite. I got the impression that it was self service but staff behind the counter insisted we leave our trays on the table.
I loved the bowl i got and left stuffed. I literally walked around & shopped afterwards because you will need that walk! Would definitely come back here to try the other bowls. I’m glad that there’s an option to get a bowl if you’re not into wraps. The bulgogi steak nori bowl i got was sooooo yummy!!!! I’m salivating just thinking of it right now. Bowl had some seaweed seasoning sprinkled on it which went really well with the dish.
Orders can be placed on big touch screen kiosks at the counter where you can customize your order.

Ate here for the first time Thursday. Angel greeted me right when walking in, friendly and helpful. He made some suggestions as I’d not eaten there before, and took my order personally so I didn’t have to wait in line for the kiosk to order. I got a salmon chimmichuri bowl, and it was great. The cooked salmon, brown rice with quinoa and fried onions, with the chimmichuri sauce was a perfect bite. The chimmichuri sauce tasted fresh. Angel and the great food made for a great experience and I’d recommend this restaurant.

My Caesar Salad was fresh and delicious! I also got the pineapple mint fresh water which was not too sweet and a nice balance of flavors. Angel was really attentive & came around to check in on me and even offered to take my meal once I was done! I will come back again for lunch!

I wanted a chicken Cesar salad wrap and this place delivered. The potatoes were good too. I wanted to go back in the morning and get another one but they didn’t open until 11:30 on a Sunday and I had to leave earlier than that.

My parents visited this restaurant and came home excited to tell me how delicious the food was and how impressed they were with the staff. I wanted to see for myself if it lived up to their praise, so I decided to try it. When I arrived, the cashier, Julieth, helped me and recommended several dishes, which were incredible. I chose the chimichurri dish, where Geobany’s attention made me feel welcome. At the end of this wonderful experience, everyone said goodbye and wished me a happy day. I really appreciate this kind of attention, as it’s not common in many restaurants.

World Wraps in Palo Alto is fantastic — the food was amazing and the service was just as good. Huge shoutout to Julie for taking such great care of us. We accidentally messed up our order when we placed it through the app, and she jumped in right away to fix it without any hassle. She was quick, kind, and genuinely made sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted. We left happy, full, and really impressed. If you go, ask for Julie!

I recently visited World Wraps at the Stanford Shopping Center and had a great experience. The Tikka Masala Bowl with quinoa and tofu was healthy and filling, while the Vegetarian Fajitas were a delicious surprise. The staff were polite and friendly, making it a spot worth trying for flavorful, wholesome options.

Fries are really good for me I like the garlic aioli and the tikka sauce. They heated the fries a little too hot for me to eat them easily. The order ahead terminals also can’t process orders correctly.
