Stopped out for their soft opening that we have been patiently waiting for. Great outdoor atmosphere family friendly with live local music, beer, and food. Lots of chairs, picnic tables, fire pits, umbrellas for shade, outdoor lighting. Parking will get tight and they encourage using ride share when possible. What a great place to visit for a couple hours. Kid friendly with plenty of activities for them. The hiking trials are great for all ages. I have watched this facility transform for the last year and a half and they nailed it. If you like to be outdoors… this is the place to be. No other place like Backwoods. One of a kind!

What a great addition to our community! Perfect spot for live music and picnic dinner with family and friends. They have a fun outdoor area for kids to play and run around. We brought our toddler and he loved it! We’ll definitely be back!

A very well attended festive fun event for the fall. Has a community feel to it, primarily because Fairport is a community town. Beautiful walking trails, live music, fire pits with plenty of wood beside them, food and beverages. Sunshine and bright fall colors. The maple sap getting ready to run. What’s not to like?

Here’s what I’ll say-the parking is tight, but they warn you on their website so take an Uber or prepare to possibly park on the road.
There also is not a lot of seating-also noted on their website so probably want to bring a chair.
Chili was pretty solid when we went, lots of people bringing pizzas and other picnics in too.
This is not really a place to have a quiet night with adults, there are lots of kids here and it’s not really a ‘quick pop-in’.
They definitely have some kinks to work out, went one night and all the canned beer was warm, the next night it was all frozen. Didn’t have ice, cups or drafts at the one stand, so that kind of negated getting most drinks there meaning the line is big at the other one
That said, it is a really cool place to spend a few hours, especially with kids. Come prepared with chairs, picnic etc and you will have a great time! The few times I have been it was PACKED by 4:30, but the weather was also pretty warm and I’m guessing the crowd will thin out a bit as it gets colder.

Very dangerous parking and traffic situation. Parking is for a fee and limited. Parking along Route 31 is super dangerous and creates a traffic issue because you have to literally crawl through traffic in case someone pops out between vehicles. I will not be returning until the parking issue is solved.

Parking is awful couldnt find a space so parked down 31 tried to enjoy music and kids kept screaming and throwing dirt and rocks next to me and parents didn’t pay attention I just wanted to relax and enjoy it but wasn’t pleased
