I went to get a Chipotle club with the chocolate peanut butter (whey) protein smoothie like the one advertised. The club was fine but the smoothie didn’t seem what i ordered. I didnt say anything since they were swarmed with a large order and on top of that people kept coming in. I tasted it and I don’t taste the chocolate and it’s very pale in color. The most I can taste is what i think is a hint of banana and most of the whey powder. I wish I could post the picture but it’s not giving me the option. Besides that they need to work a but more faster or have at one more person to help out. The pace the blond girl was at was not it. The other younger girl did fine. Honestly the one on Cooper Creek is better.

A couple of my friends and I were getting lunch here while on break during drill, in uniform. Granted I was not aware that Tropical Smoothie offered a military discount, however the two males in our group were credited with the discount while all three of us females did not. The wait time was also longer than expected and the cashier had a ear bud in and misunderstood a couple people from our group.

I got my wife a chia oatmeal pudding for lunch and when I got it the pudding was completely frozen and my wife was unable to eat it and it tasted old like if had been from the day before and placed in the freezer. I will definitely think twice before ever going there again. Especially for the price that I’m paying for a pudding

This is number three out of three that I have visited in Sarasota and it’s worse than the other one on tamiami, the only one that I will go to is on Main Street. Just so happens that it’s closed today and I had this delivered. We are vegan and do not eat chicken but they put it on the hummus veggie wrap. Didn’t put the bananas on the banana flatbread which is the main ingredient. And I bit down into the flat bread and there was a long blonde hair. I’m literally by far disgusted with this location more than I am with the one on Tamiami. Yes sometimes fair isn’t avoidable. But keep stuff cleaned up. Hair pulled back should be practiced. I can tell it was carelessness by the lack of attention they payed on the ingredients in my food. I guess I’ll wait for main street to open when I want tropical smoothie

Used to be much better but it seems Tropical smoothies has high turnover. Online orders never seem ready even when it’s slow. Twice they just had it behind the counter. They don’t even greet you when you come in.
For better service try Bradenton. I’ve had better service and more accurate orders there. Plus they have drive thrus.
3rd time receiving completely burnt food. In addition to being burnt it smelled spoiled. Completely disgusting . Last time coming to this place.
