We had the pleasure of going by Pizza Hut this afternoon. We ordered a meat lovers pizza, a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread!! Mr. Dave and his crew was so pleasant , and the pizza was fantastic and hot!!! We always come to this location because the customer service is top tier and so is the food! Love it!

Reasoning for my 1 star review is the value of our pizza. We ordered the cheesy bite pizza with extra sauce ON the pizza. Didn’t even get sauce on the side. This was the driest pizza I ever ate! The cardboard box probably tasted better. Very disappointed!

UPDATED 28 January 2024: I have to say I take love the Pepperoni Pan Pizza. Great amount of pepperoni on the pizza. Good helping of cheese! The crusty is one of the best I’ve ever had.
The staff is helpful and keep this location clean.

My wife suggested pizza for dinner and we agreed on Pizza Hut. It’s been so long since I’ve been to Pizza Hut. I’m happy to see this new location.
I’ve been craving their Pan Pizza so that’s what we decided to get. It’s just like I remembered, delicious!
Staff seemed a little preoccupied, not as friendly as I would have expected. Still giving the overall experience five-stars.

We ordered delivery. No one every knowed on the door per our instructions. They just left the pizza on the sidewalk out front.
Of course the cold pizza that had been outside so long was not eatable.

I placed an order over the phone yesterday and I was told my order of six count lemon pepper traditional chicken wings would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to Pizza Hut to pick up my order the employee told me the wings were not ready and he didn’t put the order in the system of course I was extremely upset but I managed to keep calm and cool. I simply asked the employee to reorder the order of wings! Unbelievable, I waited an extra 15 minutes for the food to be ready! When the wings was supposed to be ready when I arrived, while waiting I spoke with the manager… the situation was actually resolved by a complimentary 2-liter Pepsi soda! Moving forward, next time I decide to call in my order I’m definitely going to make sure the order is put in the system! Overall, the chicken wings was delicious and definitely worth the wait.

Ordered here tonight only to be told once my wife came to pick up the order that they didn’t have the breadsticks or cheesesticks we ordered due to Uber eats running a special causing them to sell so many there wasn’t any. Then it changed to we have them but it will be a very very very long wait. Girl helping had an awful attitude and refused to get the manager at first. Manager finally came over and did nothing to try to make it right. Wasted a whole trip and left with no food. This pizza hut seems to have major management issues. You’ve been warned.

I don’t usually leave poor reviews but this was a horrible experience. Food took over an hour from when the tracker said it was out for delivery to get to us when we are 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Food came to us ice cold and the boxes were crushed like someone had run over them. The chicken bites had absolutely no seasoning on it and the food was literally terrible, like 5 day old stale pizza. I was put on hold at the restaurant for over 20 minutes finally giving up and no calls were returned or emails to my reach out to customer service. We have so many pizza options in this area and I highly suggest going to any other one before giving coming here.
Update to review – multiple emails to the store and corp went totally unanswered. Made three phone calls to the store to try to get a remedy and was told each time the manager was too busy or not there and phone calls were not returned. Absolutely horrible customer service and total lack of caring about their customer’s experience. Avoid this location at all costs.

Got mailer tried to use it and was told that the store wasnt accepting the coupon from the mailer. Tried calling store, they had a really horrible phone tree that rang multiple times, then sent to an ivr, then had to pick to talk to a store, then got hung up on by their phone system. Not a great start to the experience so I’ll go elsewhere with my money.
