When I first started ordering a few months ago, from jo-joes attention to detail was on point food hot, fresh & just like ordered. Last two times food was cold, ingredients missing, presention was sloppy like no interest in customer satisfaction. It seems like businesses start strong, then get your business then forget about the customer’s satisfaction. Clean it up Jo-jo or your customers will go elsewhere where. REFUND PLEASE!

I brought six tenders and fries. The tenders was hard rubbery and smelled burnt. I took them back. The cashier was refusing to give me something else after a while. I told her to call her boss because I’m not wasting my money. she then asked me that I want wings instead I took the wings. They were bruised and robbery like the chicken strips. I just got in the house after ordering 5 wings, fries and some fish. The chicken is dry, unseasoned, tasteless, the fries are hard(not crispy, think soft on the outside and hard in the middle like still partial frozen fries.) The fish is literally a brick. Do not ever buy food from this place if you love your taste buds

Let me start with this the food items I purchased from here were good, my issue is the smoothies. Some months ago I purchased a smoothie and there was hair in it, so I took it back I received an attitude no apology and they did give me a new one and the Hispanic lady said. ” No Hair here” with an attitude. Unfortunately today I got another smoothies there is some white hard pieces of and object in it, and I home so I can’t return it smh. People be careful while preparing food smh

I go there and I get breakfast a lot and I love the brown rice mixed with eggs and I noticed that they put tape around the top of the bananas to keep them from going bad and I can go on and on just go there 1 morning and you will understand why I go there and it’s very cheap and a lot better than fast food and the only downside no seats but they do have a place to stand up and eat but I have sat down and eating and they are so nice and can’t asked for much more than that

The food is delicious and the customer service is great. Prices are better than most. Breakfast is plentiful. They make a good half and half. They close earlier than most so don’t wait too late to go there.
