I would rate this location lesser stars if I could they are always out of everything, you order a meatball sub and they haven’t had meatballs since meatballs were first created. The toaster is broken so hope you like your hot sub at subarctic temperatures. Whoever does the food ordering for this place should either be trained or fired. I hate coming to this location especially when I am running short on time, but it is one of the few only options on post.
Highly DO NOT recommend
Biggest complaint was the employees. We (there were three of us) came in about two o’clock. The two women were sitting in chairs at the end of the line, one of them on their phones. Both chatting. They see us and instantly RBF’d. Cool, I get it, you don’t wanna work, whatever, slap a somewhat cheerful demanor on, cause you’re in food service. Both women were curt and spoke with small sentences.
That being said, they were professional, made our food well, and, when it turns out I didn’t have my debit card like I thought I did, tried to cancel our order so that I could have time to find my card and the groups behind us could pay for their food.
In short, food is good, but don’t expect great customer service
& handed me the receipt.
I looked at it & it stated,
“If we don’t ask if you want you sandwich Deluxe, get a free cookie!”
They didn’t and we didn’t!
I also stated on the receipt, “10% off any item”
equalled 0.00. This was on Benton Blvd in Pooler, Ga at the Shell station, just off I95.
Being Seniors, & with the price of everything increasing 20-30%, (except our S.S. checks, which we STILL have to pay taxes on!) we
need to get every deal we can. By Subway advertising they give Seniors discounts is fraud. We WILL NOT be back to THAT Subway!
