Having frequented Union Grove, I frequently pass this establishment. Tonight, in response to a craving for Italian-American cuisine, I placed an order through DoorDash. While the pricing initially appeared slightly elevated, a commonality on the platform, the wait time of approximately 25 minutes was reasonable, accounting for food preparation, pickup, and delivery. Having just completed my meal, I can confidently recommend this restaurant and anticipate frequent return visits. The Chicken Parmesan was exceptional, and the portion size was generous, complemented by garlic bread and a salad. Additionally, the tiramisu slice, though delivered inverted, was substantial and flavorful. While the delivery issue was not the restaurant’s fault, I would enthusiastically award this business a rating exceeding the standard five stars.

Took them 3 hours to deliver our food. We called to check on it, Cori answered. Was extremely rude: wouldn’t honor the discount the manager had offered At our previous call, and she hung up on us! Unacceptable. She should not work there any longer. I’ll be speaking with the owner and manager and anyone else responsible. Ride to someone who has waited 3 hours for their food. Talk about ridiculous and rude and uncaring.

Food is salty. I got a piece of tiramisu to take home with me and was horribly disappointed to find it was a tiramisu flavored cake. I hate cake. Tiramisu is made with lady finger cookies, soaked in espresso, not cake. “Tiramisu cake” and “tiramisu” are two completely different things. It doesn’t even have an espresso flavor. I bet it contains no mascarpone cheese either, at least not that I can taste. I was looking forward to this dessert more than the meal itself, and now I’m horribly let down by this mislabeled dessert.

Their Pizza Sauce is fantastic with lots of yummy garlic and a bit of a tange to it and their Pizza Crust was so nice and Crispy.
The big Pizza Guy who made my Pizza’s and waited on me when I came in to pick-up was a cool dude. Thanks for a great supper Tonight Napoli Pizza & Pasta. GREAT JOB. Will be in for Spaghetti and Meatballs soon.

Can’t put review for food because it’s been 2.5 HOURS since we ordered. Called twice. 1st time kid said drivers on their way …. that was over an hour ago (we live within 10 min). Second call the kid said he called the driver… hmm note to self, we will never order from here again. If I could do NO stars I would. UPDATE: almost 3 hours late food was ice cold. It’s unfortunate, we are new in the area and saw a lot of good reviews.

They don’t check orders right will give you wrong items and try say they gave the right one. ther small pizza has so much oil i could use for a pan. They don’t give there location for most of there car so you have to guess when it comes.

Ordered a pizza for carry-out. It was slightly overcooked. But that was not the problem. It was horrible!!! I have had better cheap frozen pizzas. Lack of sauce, lack of flavor. It was like eating bread with minimal toppings. My kids who were picked up from a cold and rainy football game each had 1 piece and didn’t want anymore!!! I hadn’t eaten anything but almonds in 24hrs and was ready to eat half of any extra large, after 3 pieces I didn’t want any more. The picture is what I threw out. After 3 people would not eat anymore!!!

We were happy to see Napoli’s Pizza and Pasta open for lunch. Union Grove is small with limited options for dining. They have a full menu for dinner also. We received a very nice prompt greeting. Ordered a Sprecker rootbeer and a mixed drink. Again prompt and friendly. Ordered the matarocco with garlic bread $5, think bruchetta, and
the lunch special 14′, 2 topping pizza for $10. Both were excellent. Thin crispy crust on the cheesy pizza. Good sauce and toppings too. Totally recommend Napoli’s.
