Tried their new blazing buffalo pizza during their Half-price sale. It was worth the 10 bucks but just barely. If I had paid the full price of 20 dollars I would have returned it. The pizza tasted pretty good except the toppings (bacon, onion,chicken,buffalo sauce,cheese) were minimal and very thinly spread. It was overcooked which made it very dry. Okay for a quick lunch but don’t try to make a dinner out of it. Disappointing.

I tried the New Cool Ranch Papadia. It was soooo delicious!!! Will definitely order that again 5 stars and the customer service is always pleasant.

I ordered two pizzas from them. Both with extra sauce and cheese. One was fine, but the other was thin, dry, and barely had any cheese on it at all, even thought I’d payed for extra. When I called to tell them, they said they would remake it and send it back out. Which they did, however, their driver did not bother to ring my doorbell or knock on the door. By the time I happened to look out and see it just sitting there, it was stone cold. I didn’t bother to call them back on this, I just won’t be going back. Worst pizza and worst customer service I have ever gotten from pizza delivery.
Update: I ordered pizza from them again, and again they screwed up. I asked them to remake my pizza and this is what I got.

Sad to say, the last couple of times I have orders through the app it has sent to a door dash driver. The app takes the driver to the wrong address, who then calls with a crappy attitude for the fact that he has been sent to wrong address by papa John’s app. When I confirm my order through email, it shows correct address. Tonight I called directly rather then using app to request no door dash, I was told that if I would like I could prob tip 20 bucks and maybe the only driver they have would take it herself! Been a loyal customer for most of its time here in Brownsburg. I don’t know????

I bought a pizza. It was not bad. I kinda liked it because it was served hot, instead of hammer and chisel cold when it gets delivered by Uber eats.
Which happened the last time I ordered from home, this is why I went out to eat. And yes, I know that I can pop slices into the nuke to warm them up,
But that is not the point….pizza should always be hell fire

I have a Papa John’s reward account that I use frequently when ordering pizzas for our weekly meetings at work. I ordered tonight, and added my home address because I was ordering for my husband and I. I’m not sure if it was a mistake on my end, but the delivery driver ended up at my work. The driver tried calling, but I missed it. I then got a call from a local number and answered. Someone from the store let me know the driver tried calling, and since I didn’t answer they left the order at my work. Without me asking, the employee offered to remake the pizzas and deliver to my home. This was completely unexpected, because the mistake could have very easily been on my end, but I am grateful for the offer. We ended up getting our pizzas and they were fresh and delicious! Thank you for the excellent service
