This place used to be good and great food but lately mediocre and very skimpy portions especially on their 5-meat stuffed which as you can see by photos wasn’t “stuffed” at all. Plus they didn’t cut silts in the top crust for venting as they usually do. I won’t be going back to this location again. They have really declined.

I DON’T RECOMMEND this Papa Murphy’s. I recommend AVOIDing this specific Papa Murphy’s. District Manager was cantankerous and uncooperative. My daughter ordered 2 pizzas-1 on her card & 1 on mine. When I dropped off my daughter’s, she said TOPPINGS WERE MISSING. On mine, toppings were also missing. ADD ON EXTRAS MISSING. SOGGY in the middle. Most of the toppings had not been spread out. Just piled in the middle of the pizza. District manager was uncooperative and I had difficulty understanding him & what he said. MANAGER DID NOT REPLACE PIZZA but offered a new one for 50%. Or I could spend 1 hour driving back to exchange for a new 1 and face 1 hr drive home, not knowing if the new 1 would be prepared properly. Not customer oriented. I will report to CFPD, Better Business Bureau.

Last Tuesday I got family size pizza on their good Tuesday deals and the pizza was fantastic for my family. Tanya was super helpful and the other dudes working there were really friendly. Good vibes and great pizza and great deals made the experience 5 stars for me

Online orders almost always late and staff makes excuses. They seem understaffed all the time. Frustrating to wait an extra 15 minutes after the 30+ minute wait for online orders.

it’s an hour before closing on a friday. i asked immediately if they were closing because the bro on the phone sounded super put out and rude. i also made it clear it’s a single pizza, and i live across the street. still huffed off the phone. calls five minutes later saying they had no dough. translation? “we don’t want your business a full hour before closing time because it’s an inconvenience to us” A FULL HOUR. sad our closest location sucks so bad and is run by the laziest crew.

Placed an online order at 530pm, said it would be ready @ 6pm. I show up @ 6 pm to a room full of people waiting for their orders. I had to wait there for a total of 36 mins for my pizza….yes, a single pizza. I don’t blame the employees there (all 2 of them), but more over the manager. Very poor management… Will move on to a different location away from this one. Oh, also had to have them fix my pizza before I left as they left off one of the main ingredients..
