I saw a fly flying on top of ingredients and then stand on lettuce and I warned the employees about the fly and their response was blaming the costumers for leaving door open, excuse to safety and health is don’t have ingredients exposed uncover, their are transparent lids to cover containers, that would help see ingredients clear through transparent see through lids and would prevent for costumers health risks.

I went into Subway on 103 103 Rd the young man decided to fill the containers while he was making my sandwich he use the same gloves to fill the jalapenos olives and pickles with the same gloves he also took racks of bread out and then decided he was going to take my sandwich out of the oven with his dirty gloves I left the sandwich there he thought it was okay to touch my sandwich without changing his gloves so you taste jalapeno in your vegetables you know why he said his name was Raul which I think was a fake name

Subways are underrated because of the staff, this one is not an exception. The lady assisting me was wonderful, she just added too much veggies on my wrap. I knew it wouldn’t close. I asked her to scoop them off into something. She tried to reach for a bowl and the other worker, M, told her she would have to charge me more for a salad. If he would have minded his own business. It was so much it wouldn’t even close. I told him that since he wanted to be in everyone’s business, if it unfolds, he making me a new one. Guess what, it opened. Next time, mind your business. The young lady had it under control. My wrap was remade, by the same young lady, Laura, and turned out great. Thanks Oscar for helping her wrap it the second time.

When you need something quick to eat they always deliver. The soups are hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes mushy like the have been sitting too long or made wrong. Staff always fast and curtious.

Ppl who do like ther job choice taking it out on customer… I myself working Food Service I’m a chef at a local hospital to say I was disappointed will be putting it mildly I gave them a chance to rectify the situation by simply giving me a refund which usually is a simple gesture but this location refuse to give me a refund but offered me a voucher for less than I paid for my original meal I will not be patronizing any Subway and I will recommend if you’re in the mood for a sandwich go to Jimmy John’s even a bodega on the corner is a much better option maybe you won’t get a soggy sandwich and lackluster customer
