At Kazoopy’s Pizza & Grinders, we believe it is all about the taste. That’s why we use whole meats which taste better and are healthier, not processed cold cuts. Our cheese is real. We offer provolone, cheddar, swiss, and a 4-blend for maximum taste. We use a special blend of herbs and spices for our pizza sauce and Kazoopysauce. WARNING: We have been told our Kazoopysauce is addicting. Our pizza dough and Italian Sourdough grinder bread are baked fresh daily from an old world Italian recipe. We know using higher quality ingredients cost more, but we believe it is worth it. We believe you are worth it!

I come in often to get ice cream and to see my cousin while she’s working. We usually talk for a few minutes before I order, and I normally really enjoy my time there.
Tonight, when I came in, we were chatting briefly while she finished cleaning up some spilled ice cream. I was about to order my favorite, mint chocolate chip. Then Anna came over and said, “This is my workspace. I need you to scramble.”
I felt that was pretty disrespectful, especially since I wasn’t the only customer in the store at the time. This also isn’t the first time I’ve felt disrespected by Anna.

If you’re looking for good food at a great price, Kazoopys is the location to order from. Over the last 2 years, I’ve yet to have any problems with my orders. Most of the time the deliver arrives before estimated times. Hands down the best spot to order Grinders/ oven baked subs. Medium subs are enough to get you full and they are worth every penny.

The large chocolate malt was not mixed very good, and you don’t know it until you suck in the dry malt powder through the straw. The whole bottom of the cup had this unmixed powder in it. Came through the like a paste and tasted like pure malt powder. You would think it could be done better than this being’s it is not rocket science, It is poor service and lazy mixing. Worst chocolate malt I have every had.

I’ve never been disappointed with the food or the service. Everyone there is super friendly and really helpful….the food.. phenomenal. I love the fresh ingredients and the fact that they make their own bread for their grinders. You can taste the difference in the product of the food! I recommend them daily!!

Pizza was over an hour late. Called and they forgot my order. Another 45 minutes. Didn’t offer any compensation until I asked about it. All I was offered after not wanting what they offered, which wasn’t much of anything, was a $5 gift card. Pizza wasn’t worth the wait. Had a few issues like this before. It’s not that good to be worth all that.

Worst staff ever. Sat at drive thru window for 10 minutes on a Saturday at 4:30. No one ever came. Hubby parked and went to a front window. Finally got served after 5 minutes standing there. Turns out staff is hanging out in the parking lot with a bunch of people. I got a cone and the ice cream was so soft it literally fell off the cone and all over me. What a dump, I’ll never return and definitely don’t recommend.

I have been a pretty loyal customer to Kazoopys on Gull Road since they opened….but that ends tonight. I was quoted 25 minutes on my order..I showed up to the restaurant after 30 minutes and I was told it would be another 20 minutes. After requesting a partial refund, the owner approached the counter with a lobby full of guests and was completely rude and disrespectful to me, in a very elevated tone, almost yelling that I can have my money back or have the food. They will not be getting another penny of my hard earned money. The food is good but you simply don’t treat customers this way. Good luck.

Pizza is always loaded with toppings, the grinders are on point, we love the cob salad. One thing I really i appreciate about them.Is that when they say pizza is ready in thirty minutes, it’s ready in thirty minutes. Very rarely do you have to wait beyond the time they tell you.
