Tacos were good and the tortillas were very soft and had flavor. If y’all are from out of town and need something different to eat definitely go here cause the Carne Guisada is bomb! Yellow jacket is good but wish it were more filled. The sopes are great and they’re pretty big. The drive through is a bit hectic. They really need a better way to suit so many customers. Would be good if they somehow opened up to the plaza next door.

This restaurant has earned a well-deserved five-star review from me, as it exceeded my expectations in every way. The customer service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was served hot and fresh. Additionally, the generous serving sizes and reasonable prices make it an excellent value. My kids devoured their burritos, which speaks volumes about the quality of the food. Wanted to try a breakfast quesadilla so saw one on the menu for $6.75. Asked to have it made with cheese, eggs, bacon, and potatoes. They didn’t let me know that there was any up charge for this but when they gave me the total it was almost $11 rather than the $6.75 on the menu. She said that there was an extra charge for bacon, but this seemed a little ridiculous.
The quesadilla was OK, but extremelyyyy underseasoned. All of the ingredients were there (Although it was a small amount of bacon), But they were all extremely bland and didn’t even have any salt and pepper. Luckily, I had asked for picante, so I just tried to drown out some of the food in this sauce. Without the picante sauce, I would eat more than a few bites Or just gone home to finish seasoning it and warming it up again on my own I’m normally not a picky eater, but this was just not good and not what I expected at all. Also, the prices need to be updated to reflect this or at least customers warned about the price differences.

Amazing food. Great service. The brisket burrito is my favorite. If you like spice go with the green sauce. This place has no seating as it is drive thru only.

I called in today for a pick up. I placed my order for a burrito and they offered to redo my last order. Went to pick up my order, the wait was not too long. Service was not too bad today, hopefully they can keep on getting better. What I noticed today was the drive thru line was really long, hopefully that can be worked on so customera can be in and out with their orders.

I went and delete my old review and stars ⭐. I’ve always been a fan of Montes, but ever since the renovation. It has not been the same. Burritos are not the same size and quality wise. Not to mention the price $$ went up, which I figured was going to happen. My last visit was not so great I usually call my order in, which they will say that will be about 15 mins. Gave them 20 mins got there and still had to wait another 30 mins. The line there was crazy long and when I finally got my order and rushed back to the office. The burrito which I ordered the potatoes was still raw and barley any steak in it. SMH like I said a lot has changed with them, but I think they need to step it up. For the price of everything your time and quality need to meet the standards for your customers/service.

lovely food, pretty fast service and fairly friendly service from the workers. hopefully they can expand or move to a bigger place, every time i go there’s typically a long line and it feels stressful having to navigate through there, especially when other customers don’t know what they’re doing. but, it’s all a learning process for everyone. and i hope that this business grows!

The food is absolutely delicious. The prices are fair, but what turns me and most people I’ve spoken to away so far is the ridiculous line wait and horrible drive thru.
If you wanted to change your mind about an order because of the ridiculous wait time you can’t leave. Once you’re in that line. You’re stuck in the line.
They have one person walking around taking orders and then when you get the the window to pay they THEN decide to tell you when they’re out of inventory instead of being told when the order was initially placed with the first guy. It is a waste of time and disappointing.
