Very tasty sushi, the chef was in, so I was able to get the Chef’s choice spread of nigiri, and it was absolutely delightful. Fresh and flavorful. I was especially delighted to get some fatty bluefin, since its one of my favorite fish. The hand rolls were spicy enough to know there was a good blend, but not so spicy that I ended up suffering. The eel roll was lovely, with perfectly rip avacado and well done eel. The chefs choice and half a roll I ended up eating with a friend was a fantastic size for a filling meal. It will definitely be among one of my first stops when I’m at Eat Street Crossing again!

This is definitely the place to come if you want to enjoy high-quality toro! We came here for lunch on a Friday, and everything was incredibly fresh. The fish was top-notch — especially the toro, which melted in our mouths. We tried different omakase levels toro, scallop, squid, and salmon, and each one was outstanding. The chef is very friendly, and we really enjoyed sitting at the bar, chatting with him, and ordering different kinds of sushi. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves fresh, high-quality sushi and a welcoming atmosphere.

Went with my boyfriend last night, we like to go out a lot and this is the best sushi place we have been. Definitely recommend their Audi and sexy roll. The place is really nice to hangout and there’s bar beside it that goes along with their delish rolls. Would come back over and over again!

Amazing experience! The chef went above and beyond by making creative dishes that were off-menu, and all were delicious. Sitting at the sushi bar made it even better as the chef was personable and fun to chat with. Great spot for top-quality sushi and a great time. Highly recommend!

It’s inside eat Street Crossing and the atmosphere is overall chill and casual recommend if you don’t know what you want or a group of friends. Overall the fish in the handball seemed fresh and hood and the flavor was there but nothing mind blowing and I ordered the spicy tuna, spicy scallop, and spicy crab but it wasn’t spicy which was a bit sad. They do put in a generous amount of fish ratio wise compared to the rice. So if you want to think this is a pleasant place to go!

The sushi here is SO FRESH! The sushi chef is passionate and knows his flavors too! Everything is well seasoned and well thought out. A good amount of wasabi in every bite. The scallop sushi with the fish egg had so much flavor and became my favorite! I’m not even a fan of raw squid, but the squid with the shiso leaf added dimension. It’s all the little things the chef considers that makes the sushi taste great compared to other sushi spots. Definitely stop by and get yourself sushi and their hand rolls! You will not be disappointed.

Yes, Jason’s fish is high quality but the star of every piece of sushi I ate here had to do with his RICE! The rice is out of this world and just elevates every single bite you have.
I walked in and was lucky enough to have Jason whip up an Omakase for me and finished it off with a roll.

Normally this place is already pretty good, but you gotta come experience it on a Friday when they get fresh shipments in. They have a bigger selection on Fridays. You basically get Omakase level quality for a fraction of the price. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Super friendly staff too.

We were here Friday lunch with no wait time. Parking was free at the car wash parking lot nearby. Atmosphere was great and place was clean and tidy.
Food wise, sushi is literally as fresh as you can get and best in town hands down and if you’re a salmon or toro lover, this is definitely the spot! We had about 5 different kinds of toro and 2 different kinds of salmon. The seared salmon belly is my favorite, it tasted like melted butter!
Chef Jason is welcoming and personable. He consistently delivers top notch quality and hospitality, and the prices are more than fair for what you get.
