This is the second time my family has ordered from here and the food is disgusting. The pizzas are cut wrong, delivered cold, the wings aren’t even covered. This is literally the worst pizza place to order food. The new workers are terrible and the girl who claims she’s a “manager” is so unprofessional and rude. Never come here. Little ceasars is better than here.

I have ordered form this pizza hut numerous times and never really had an issue until today. The pizza I got today… the cheese and sauce weren’t even close to the edge on most of the pizza. The dough was still flat like it hadn’t risen at all, and there were barely any toppings on parts of it for ordering “extra” pepperoni. Whoever they had working tonight needs to be fired cause it was all just terrible. I can get a WAY better pizza than this from a local joint for way cheaper. I am done with pizza hut after this.

I ordered three pizzas and requested only one with spicy marinara, but all three came with it. When I called, the manager, John, was rude and acted as if it wasn’t possible for his staff to make a mistake. They did remake the pizzas, but the quality was still subpar. I spent $50 on this order, and John mentioned that with their discounts/promos it would have been $85, which was frustrating. The location itself is very small, making it difficult to even pay at the register comfortably. Two stars only because they remade the pizzas, but overall the service and quality under John’s management were disappointing.

Awful experience from both their so called managers, specifically the female manager, on 1/21/26 approximately 540PM. I had placed an order that was incorrect, on 1/2/26 (whom i spoke to on THAT night that told me they would credit my account $30. To wait a day or two so it would show on my account.) I wanted to order pizza today (1/21/26), however I had no credit in my account. I called and was told that I used it. I had not ordered anything from there since that night on 1/2/26 how could I possibly use my credit. They had no answer but basically accused me of using my credit. I never used my credit, however they stated I did. How is that possible considering we never ordered from there since 1/2/26. Then I finally get told theres 7 days to use my credit. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. So basically if you screw up my order and credit me, I’m to want pizza within 7 days or else I lose my credit. So instead of figuring out how to resolve this issue, I’m told OH WELL SORRY Awful customer service, how about acknowledge that someone in your store didnt explain how the credit works and credit for your store’s mistake. Instead, its basically… eh we don’t believe you. Trust me, this isn’t gourmet pizza, I shouldn’t give this much of a crap but its the principle. Horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN. No refund, no credit, what they are, are a bunch of immature punks and crooks apparently. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. Hope your awful rating of 3.6 continues to drop because it deserves to be worse.

We ordered our food at 5:27 through the app. We got a confirmation and our cc was charged. After an hour and a half, we hadn’t gotten our food nor was the tracking available. We tried to call NUMEROUS times and no one would answer. We finally contacted the call center to report the issue, but they had no information on our order. After trying to call a few more times, we got McDonalds for the kids. At 7:55( 2 1/2 hours later) our order came. The pizza was not what we ordered, the breadsticks were burned, and our cheese sticks were not with the order. I tried to call again & finally got through at 8: 10. The girl that answered refused to give us a refund saying they didn’t do that. She only offered a credit for next time. We let her know that was unacceptable as they got our money for food that was not only wrong & inedible but also incomplete. The girl got extremely rude. When asked her name, she said “Santa” & refused to give us the store manager’s name telling us it was illegal! We will NOT let this go, we will be in touch with their corporate offices. I strongly urge you to order your food from ANYWHERE else.

Food is extremely overpriced but they do have deals online that make it a bit more worth it. However the crew are abhorrent and if your order is messed up do not expect any kind of return, refund or remake. Had ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and tipped 8 dollars on my 40 dollar TAKE OUT order, they forgot the pepperoni. Called and they said no problem I could have a remake whenever since they were already close to closing. A week later I called and the girl on the phone(Katelyn) acted as if I had no remake, then suddenly found it. All seemed well until I got home from picking up the order and the pizza was incorrect and damaged. Manager “Katelyn/Caitlynn”, young curly haired brunette with blue eyes gave me a hand tossed pizza instead of a stuffed crust pizza, its like a 10 dollar price difference. I asked for her to remake this order and she seemed amused, laughing on the phone call when I repeatedly asked for another employee to assist me, and insisted there was no one else I could talk to about the messed up order. I ended up not getting it and not contacting the location again cuz I literally have never dealt with such a rude individual and the food was not worth dealing with such a headache again. Pizza was damaged, I got scammed twice dont be wasting your money.

We have always had great service at this location. Food is usually good, there has been some times when it’s not super hot but overall it has been good. We usually get extra cheese on our pizza, and at this Pizza Hut location you can actually tell they put extra cheese on it. We’ve been to other locations where it was very questionable whether there was extra cheese, which is frustrating because they charge so much for it. But this location we’ve never had to question it, which is much appreciated!

They use DoorDash for delivery now. It’s awful. And your dasher can cancel for whatever reason and you’re not even notified. So an hour later or so later “thinking they’re busy” no Actually no one is even getting your pizza and “we can re send a dasher” here’s your cold pie and sticks though that’s the best we can do

Ordered some food for my family when I came in to pick it up I was told they never got the order even though I showed them on my phone. I thought nothing of it until the manager called me the next day & asked why my order was cancelled. Terrible staff hope they all get fired. Took my business to a local pizza spot who had no problems making our dinner should’ve went there to begin with

This place is terrible. Last time I went in, my pizza was raw and looked like it had been dropped. The worker was yelling at a customer threatening to fight her. I tried again and the food looked disgusting, it’s not even the right order. Called and the person who spoke on the phone was not polite and refuses to help. I will not be coming here again. Each time I asked for a refund and was only offered a credit as if I want to keep trying to eat this uncooked food.
