I usually love coming here but tonight it was 2 young ladies that was very rude. They caught attitudes then would look at me look at each other and smirked. Made me feel uncomfortable. One was skinny with dark hair. The other had a round face and a lot of piercings.

I ordered from DoorDash and I received a soup sandwich literally because DoorDash says that they have sliced avocado and instead of calling the customer they just replace it with the smash that they have and it turns your sandwich into a soupy soggy mess and when you call them their phone number doesn’t work because they don’t have a store phone. I’m guessing for situations just like this they refused to issue another sandwich to replace it after 14 calls on the day before and five calls today I got the phone number off of their receipt. This is horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this to a dog.

Close to home convenience but the credit card machine rarely works. So frustrating. They lose many customers because most people use their debit cards these days. It’s hit or miss with the card machine.
Is kinda frustrating for the employees and customers and is a running joke with us and the employees when we go in now the 1st thing we say is… Card machine working?? Lol customer service is always great and food as well but something needs to be fixed with internet .

Was asked for order,l) then she started making 3 call in orders. Had to stand there and wait on that. Then next person who places vegetables on sandwich, decided to turn and walk away from finishing my order. They need to pay attention to the customer. Nonetheless, the sandwich was good.

Always get the right sub fixed just the way I order whether inside or drive thru. But this time the guy asked me if I wanted a combo I SAID NO. Didn’t REALIZE TILL ABOUT AN HOUR LATER AN THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE NARY TIME OF THAT THEIR OPEN. If U go back the next day the owner which NEVER EVER takes a day off works open to close says u should be come back say day. He gives no lea way then he’s their to make money not fix mistakes whether his or employees not listening. I got charged for a drink an chips to which I didn’t receive. This is the one down town Petal not by Little Caesars an Walmart.
