I’d give it a zero if there was a no star. I have been here before some time ago actually many times and no problem s, the cheese stuffed parm garlic crust3d pizza with mushrooms etc and it was excellent. The other day I ordered same but they made a. Hand tossed pizza with barely any mushrooms on it and barely any sauce. It tasted terrible and I couldn’t eat i5. I called to tell them and asked for it to be redone and was rudely told no defending themselves and blaming what I ordered. Long story short , after 2nd phone called and being rudely yelled at and refusing to remake the pizza I told him the websites guarantee and he still said no way he was going to do it. After about ten minutes of arguing he finally said he’d refund the purchase but I have yet to get my refund. My bank decided to change my accounts card and I’m waiting for a response from the main headquarters customer service to respond. I did not order a special I paid full price and git crap for it which I could not eat. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied! Unfair to lose $18.00 for a pizza I saved up for! I won’t be back there again! I’ve got a feeling management or employee has changed for the worse!

I had a very disappointing experience with Eric, the assistant manager. I placed my order over the phone and clearly confirmed that I wanted one pepperoni pizza and one bacon pizza. When my order arrived, I received a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza instead.
I called back immediately (within about five minutes of delivery) to explain the mistake. I even told him they could come back to pick up the incorrect cheese pizza. Instead of offering a refund or credit, Eric said he “spoke to his manager” and that I was not eligible for either. He was extremely rude and hesitant to help, which made me uncomfortable having the bacon pizza remade and sent back out.
When I asked for his manager’s name and what time he spoke with them, he then admitted that he had not actually spoken to his manager at that moment, contradicting what he previously told me. Lying to a customer over an $11 pizza is unacceptable and unprofessional.
This situation was handled poorly from start to finish. The owner is George, and I will be calling back tomorrow morning to address this directly. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Have ordered here many times and things have been great until recently. I’m not sure if there was ownership change or management but it’s horrendous. I ordered 3 pizzas this time and they were horrible. The pan pizza wasn’t even pan had no crust at all. One of the pizzas barely had any sauce. The other pizza had sauce overflowing and saw that when he pulled it out of the oven didn’t say anything but should have since it wasn’t even edible by the time we got home. In the app there’s “quality check” but there’s no quality check at all it’s just thrown into the box. Whoever is making these pizzas needs to be taught or let go management is horrible.

Very clean and modern location. The food was 10/10. We ordered the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza, the cheddar bacon-loaded tots, and the new buffalo mac and cheese. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this Dominos .

This location has become so horrible. Every time I’ve ordered food in the past 3 years, it’s disgusting! I’m tired of having to call and complain, I should be able to enjoy my food the moment I open the box. 🙁 the food is either cold or not made all the way in general. So disappointed..

Look I been getting dominoes for a LOOOOONG time and this spot is the best HANDS DOWN. We just bought a home out here in October and I’m always skeptical with a new spot cuz they’re not always consistent. Well this location IS. I order from them often and they are legit. Everything is exactly how I ordered. They’re quick wit it. & The drivers are so nice. I get a handmade pan well done bacon pineapple jalapeños with extra cheese and it is slamming

Before you leave or before driver leaves double check EVERYTHING! Last few times they messed up. Forgot my dipping sauce and said i can drive over and pick it up but said doors were locked even though they were open til 1am. Said I got instore credit I have to call them before payment to get the credit which seems skeptical. I will not be using this dominoa again! They are VERY skimpy on toppings. Got philly steak, onions and peppers and so couple pieces of onion thats it, barely any peppers and only have the pizza hard philly steak. Ordered before and ordered extra toppings and there is no difference between regular and extra besides cheese! Got that specialty chicken and was not appetizing. For $7.99 you get little chicken bites with little burnt shredded cheese, a little bit of bacon bits and some bbq sauce. Not worth price when you can easily go to walmart and get chicken bites, shredded cheese, bacon bits and bbq sauce for better price!
