I had a solid Rita’s experience at the location. There was a line to wait in, like there usually is, but the location of some tables right in front of the ordering window made the line oddly wrap around, with some people going to one side of the table, and some to the other side. I know they are space limited, but I’d try to create a gap in front of the ordering windows. Service was friendly and they seemed to get my order correct. I like the design of the building with what looks like a straw sticking up from the roof. (Old-timers tell me this was left over from a restaurant at this location 20 years ago.). The parking lot is small, but it works and there is street parking available. I would order again from this location.

Free cup of water ice on the first day of Spring 2019!! Tradition!! 45* ,sunny,breezy and took an hour in line, but such fun! The young server never stopped smiling! I had delicious mango!

I was there yesterday with my grandson. The one person ahead of us must have been a friend of the workers the conversation took long and the employee was using the f word constantly. That girl left and we walked up and she was still using it to the other employee right at the window. She saw my young grandson and continued. Then asked for out order. No apology for the unfortunate language. The owner of this Rita’s should be aware. I myself will never go back there and will tell everyone I know. Teenage girls thinking they look cool with trucker mouths. Should be ashamed of themselves. No pride in the job they are doing! Unbelievable

There are no issues with the service. However, the product could be changed. Every time I go here, the water ice and ice cream taste like cardboard. Never had that happen at any other Rita’s location. I wonder if the frozen products are old? They dont necessarily taste freezer burnt, so I’m not sure. It sucks because they’re nearby, and I love Rita’s.

Staff are friendly and quick at their job. Nice outdoor seating, both picnic tables and an area outback. The water ice is good and cheap. I love getting the gelatis, especially the mango ice and vanilla flavor. I hope to go again soon, especially with the heat at the moment. I hope they also keep coffee flavored items in stock more often.

Stopped by last evening for dessert….Staff is friendly and handle a crowd well. Very helpful when ordering as well. We ordered a sundae and cone. DELICIOUS!!! , quality and quick! Not one complaint A+..I’d give them 10 stars!

Sometimes the line is outrageous, but I just wait and come back at a different time. I love the staff they are always friendly and happy to help. They always are nice and respectful to everyone. I always try to tip well unless I use a card to pay bc they never complain or take deep breaths if you order more than 2 items. LOVE MY RITA’S!

We love Rita’s! 15 years ago we moved to Colorado so whenever we are back home, we stop and get an Italian ice and frozen custard. Too bad they don’t have them here in Woodland Park. Friendly service and a nice getaway for a hot afternoon. My granddaughters loved it!

I came here for my daughter. She really enjoys the Italian ice. I like the frozen custard better. It is a fun treat to take kids to because it is outdoor eating so they can run around a bit and it shouldn’t annoy anyone.

Went to this Rita’s today. Got a “5 layer” gelati. Aston made it. Got home…vanilla custard on top, almost a cup of chocolate water ice and a small bit of custard on the bottom. Maybe the manager should teach him how to count to 5.
