Great place to grab a quick take out lunch. Usually friendly staff, and they always have good coupons to use. Pizza across the street is better, but much more expensive. If they would bake the wings crispier here, I would be happier. My only complaint is the way they package their garlic knots, as sauce almost always drips through the box, onto your hands and anything else around. They need to use foil wrap inside the box like some other Papa John’s do.
UPDATE: They tried to fix the garlic knot situation, but as this picture shows, just laying squares of foil on the bottom is not the answer, as the sauce still runs out the back of the box…. I think that the foil needs to tent the garlic knots, or else really line the edges of the outer box with the foil.

I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. I went in to purchase a large pizza, and after the employee rang up my order and took my payment, she turned around and began handling food with her bare hands. This immediately made me uncomfortable, so I asked for a refund. She informed me that her manager was unavailable and that I couldn’t receive a refund at that moment. When I expressed my concern and said I would call later, she still couldn’t provide a clear timeline for when the manager would return. I left, hoping to resolve the issue over the phone, but after several attempts, I was repeatedly told the manager wasn’t around.
I escalated the issue to corporate and have spoken with three different representatives, yet the problem remains unresolved. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I will not be purchasing pizza from Papa John’s again.

I’ve gotten several pizzas from this place, and it may seem like a small thing but my pizza was never ever sliced, I always had to take it home and get a slicer and cut it so that we could eat it. It would drive me crazy

I went to make an order after already waiting for over 5 minutes and I asked the person making the pizza if he’s the only one there, and he said that the other guy is in the meeting with the manager i said cool I’ll wait. I looked at the glass mirror and noticed that there were 3 people back there including the manager. I literally waited an additional 15 minutes. I asked to see the manager and I yelled it loud enough for the manager to hear and he never showed up. I couldn’t even place my order for 15 people.
Never again will I go back to that place. It’s too bad for them cause I’m bring good business. Dominos is my go to place! The service is trash.

It’s a chain, plain and simple. The Shaq infused influence has changed nothing. Ordered online. They got it wrong. Charged exorbitant price for a pillow cushion w marinara experience. Was rude to my wife who picked it up. Etc. etc. Are long time patrons of Tony’s (across the street), but my son begged for a pie due to the commercial allure. Thank goodness we grabbed a Tony’s too. They only accept cash, but it’s worth its weight in gold. Don’t revisit the busted chains and, instead, keep the hardworking, decent, local, and family owned establishments supported, otherwise, your left with this mess.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Placed an order at 6:20, by 8:15, still hadn’t received it. Spent 2 separate 30 minute windows on hold. Drove to the location to find 2 guys “working” with the music blaring and AirPods in their ears…he smiled about their inability to hear the phone ring. They continuously blamed DoorDash, despite the fact that THEIR app indicated it was still being prepared. Colossal failure
