I made 2 orders on the Subway app for 12” titan turkey sandwich. Supposed to be 33% more meat and 2x the cheese. 7 slices of turkey on one sandwich and 4 slices of cheese. 8 slices of turkey on the second one and still only 4 slices of cheese. This is less meat and cheese than the standard turkey. Get it together Subway. You are failing in the quality department.

The store is very clean and neat. The employees are very friendly and also clean. I have no issues with them touching my food. The food is excellent and well prepared. We think Niesha does an awesome job with her Subway and is so friendly. We go back often!

This is my first visit to this Subway store and I placed my order via the Subway app which worked perfectly.

The person behind the counter was the ONLY person in the shop during the lunch rush (noon – 1pm). Thankfully, he knew what he was doing and the sandwich was perfect and wasn’t too much later than the app predicted.

This kind of scheduling is just wrong and dangerous. There should be, at least, 2 people in the shop during the hours of operation. The franchise owner is just asking for legal action in the event of an emergency.

In any case, this was one excellent employee who was working very hard to keep up with the customer load. Don’t lose him, as quality employees like him are very hard to find.

Made an online order, employee working there decided to serve an entire softball team that walked in after my and 2 others before me’s online order. Bad time management, terrible costumer service left hungry and will be attempting to cancel my order. My family will not be ordering from this location again. And from the sounds of it neither will the other disgruntled costumers before me.

These two employees had no bread only wheat and wraps and they moved so slow like they were high Dan and Jon were horrible…. Asked me at the end… “can I get you anything else” but how can you ask that if you have don’t have anything to offer. Where is the manager I couldn’t stay around any longer to ask… They probably wouldn’t know anyway

After the pandemic, Subway have changed.

Flavor is still “Subway” but it’s not inviting anymore. I’d say it’s best if you order online and just pick up and leave.

Everytime I visit it’s a 10 min wait (even when it’s empty) cause of the online orders, and thats ok, it’s just changed.

Neisha is the BEST manager of any restaurant we frequent throughout the week while working, and this is the only Subway we will eat at because of her and her staff. We’re usually in a rush to get back to work, we never have to wait long for our food and they pretty much know our orders by instinct once we walk in. The restaurant is always kept clean and cool which is a huge plus for us. Going to this subway every week has become ritualistic the last few years and it most certainly has to do with the great staff keeping us fed. Also, they have the BEST cherry coke! Will be back next week, and all the weeks after that!
