It was a little difficult getting here, I had to make an illegal U-turn, but it’s a pretty nice place. I went inside and the barista was very helpful in helping me navigate the menu. I got a mocha coffee drink and purchased some muffins as well. I didn’t get any doughnuts. Maybe next time.

It’s Friday morning with 11 cars in the drive thru and more waiting to pull in off Warrenton Rd. I parked across the street & walked over to grab my order. I’m a big fan of Dunkin, but I don’t understand why a relatively new location allows trash to remain on the floor while staff sit behind the counter on their mobile devices waiting for customers to show up. How about taking a little pride in your working environment and your job and exercising some initiative because it’s the right and good thing to do?

This specific Dunkin’ location is mine and my mom’s favorite location to eat at. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and personable. Gio is my mom’s favorite because he always makes her food and coffee JUST the way she likes it (and she’s picky). We are so thankful for Gio and all the Dunkin’ staff for their quick and courteous service throughout the years!

Okay I think it’s time to leave a review. I have come seceral times since this place has opened and find the service has gotten worse. Today I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet foam, just got the nitro plain. It has a weird after taste that you can tell is the water they used. I have come before and get different answers about whether ice “should” or “should not be” in my nitro. (the answer is it shouldn’t), but have had to argue with the lady twice about it. A few times they just straight forget stuff in my order. All in all, hoping management tightens up here a bit because it’s a decent location for me.
