No complaints with the food just seems like all to often you certainly need to check your bag before you drive off. This location is a convenient. However, either the ability to read the order and put what’s ordered in the bag is off or they pay no attention at all. People are friendly. Just seemingly is a habitual offender in not getting what you actually order. You’d think as many times as you have to go on to swap things being the same person, they’d figure it out.

I mean for a jacks it was what id expect. The service was good, on time, drive thru staff were polite and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was that they evidently changed up their chicken finger recipe, which is fine, they taste good, but weren’t what I expected. I liked Jacks crispy, sort of thicker sized chicken tenders and I liked their regular honey mustard. They have now changed it to be more like Zaxby’s chicken fingers, sort of smaller and more of a soft savory crust than crispy, and they changed their honey mustard to be more like Chic-Fil-A, a bit more on the sweet side than tangy. They dropped all the portions down. I got less fries too. I really wanted some good old school crispy jacks tenders. If I’d have wanted what they gave me at the time I would have gone to Zaxby’s or somewhere else.

We had the big bologna sandwich. You can’t beat the price of $3.99. It has bologna cheese eggs and mayo on the Texas size bread. One sandwich is very filling.

It doesn’t look at all like the picture on the menu, half a sausage patty instead of chopped and hardly any eggs at all. And it’s actually really small of a wrap, which size may just be how they are so no knock there but just know they’re tiny sadly disappointed ☹️

Ordered a single gravy and biscuit in drive thru.. lady hands me a plastic jacks bag full of gravy. Then proceeded to act like it was ok to even serve something like that to a customer.. Then she refused to take the bag that was leaking gravy all over the place… Dear jacks employee.. don’t be like that..it’s way to early to be that lazy and rude. Do better or go apply at DG.

The food is always great. The service is usually terrible. 90% of the time there are items missing. One day I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they had to pull me up which was fine. I literally waited 27 minutes then walked in and asked for my sandwich. Turns out, they forgot I was pulled up and never made the sandwich. That was all I ordered

Its always a bad experience here and I mean always from they don’t understand what a breast is compared to a thigh to tonight at 5:00 p.m. they don’t have any chicken cooked but it’s dinner time and then their excuses it takes 17 minutes to cook it okay well why didn’t you have it cooked for your dinner rush? I can guarantee you that this location is down on sales and I know because I’m a manager myself but for a much better Corporation your general managers do not care about anything! They don’t care about Building Sales they turn their lights off early to be honest every location I’ve been to in north Alabama is horrific! Y’all should be ashamed I can never get a two-piece chicken and biscuit because you never have chicken pathetic
