They are absolutely not honoring what the coupons specifically state. I took the coupon & pointed to show him what the coupon excludes & he points to where it says “Not valid in AK or HI” but ..that doesn’t have anything to do with New Albany MS?? He just proceeded in acting like he was right & charged me $40 for what should have only been $25.

What is the deal with not honoring the subway coupon and making your own list of sandwiches it applies to??? The coupon plainly says any 3 footlongs excluding the beast and great garlic only. Why have coupons? This is ridiculous. All i wanted was 2 subway clubs and a chicken salad. Get it together owner.

Nobody here seemed in much of a hurry to make sandwiches. Their free WiFi wouldn’t connect for some reason and the employee just shrugged lol.

I come in once a week every Friday to this store. My usual chick was working but she was BUSY DOING HER JOB… I was greeted and served by a white woman That was very painfully, obviously a meth head. She made my sandwich horrible. Next Friday I will not be there. Calling corporate tomorrow.

I love the food no doubt but sometimes the sandwich artist can be a little pushy trying to hurry me along with my order. There is one woman in there however that is just great I don’t know her name but she is the only reason I gave 3 stars in service. She is an older lady with glasses

The food here was great. This one owned by the same one as the last one I ate at, but with much better service. I may being picky, but when you are the only customer don’t be in a hurry and not wrap the sandwich improperly. It fell out all over my clothes. The chicken fell out of the end of the flatbread and into my lap as soon as I unwrapped it. Also remember to give your customers napkins! Had to go back in and get them to get the mess off of my clothes. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly so that helps!

Submitted an order online for pick up. When we got there 10 minutes past the time they said it would be ready the employees didn’t even bother doing it. Also 3 other online orders two. When I walked in they where talking to one guy for a while. Then they seemed annoyed that they had 2 of us in the store with the online orders. Complaining about it the entire time I was there. Not impressed at their “customer service” very rude and unprofessional.

Ordered turkey wrap with sliced avocado, instead it was put on rolled up Flatbread no wrap and was avocado paste… all bread and was not 12 inches.. ??? Awful!!!

They are not honoring online orders. Had three or more customers waiting over hour for order only servicing in store pickup and when questioned on services was ignored and got attitude from dude who stated he was a manager but it was advised someone else was over the store. I will no longer be coming to this location. I asked for my money back. Very unprofessional
