I often Door Dash here. And I’ve loved it ever since I walked in the door. The Staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. The Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza is so good, I could INHALE it LOL. It’s honestly the best thing about the pizza. Their brownie & their Pull Apart Cinnamon Buns are just icing on the cake.

If no stars was an option i would’ve chose that but then i couldnt post this. I have NEVER had pizza this bad from anywhere let alone a main branch. I ordered extra sauce and had next to no sauce at all and the slice couldn’t even hold the toppings, as you tried to eat it everything falls off. Considering how easy these pizzas are to make its crazy how BAD their pizza was I’ve had great papa johns before but this location is absolutely taking the cake on worst experience, If you are hard set on papa johns I recommend a different location!!!

Ordered for delivery, instead of delivering they sent DoorDash to deliver it, which delayed the order. They were out of Pepsi, and being too lazy to pick up a phone, they sent Mountain Dew, which I don’t even like. This is horrible service.

Order anywhere but from here this is the 2nd time my two pizzas had 2 inches of crust before any toppings, didn’t know pepperoni was so hard to come by you could only fit one on a piece of pizza let alone enough sauce to maybe cover a 50 cent piece.

They will randomly subcontract delivery to DoorDash drivers resulting in extremely long wait times with no warning. I won’t be ordering from them again because there’s no way to know if I’ll be waiting 15 minutes or 2 hours for my food.

My food is wrong or undercooked everytime I order. Last night they sent me garlic parm breadsticks instead of the original. This is the second time. In a pool of peppery garlic sauce so there is no saving them. I called this time and the employee tried to justify it by saying the ticket doesn’t differentiate? Why were there be multiple choices of breadsticks if the ticket can’t print them? Anyways I’m going to order one more time with the quality guarantee credit they gave me and if they still can’t get it right I won’t be ordering again.
