My girls asked for subway. I was excited because I just wanted a drive thru. The touch screen didn’t work. I drove to the window. Explained that the touchscreen didn’t work. Someone must’ve pissed in his box of cereal this morning cause his customer service not working. He informed me that I was wrong and to push harder. I did what he said to do and still nothing. So I left and went to Mr. Good cents. Customer service was 4 stars!

I absolutely hate this location!! Manager is an incompetent person. She had her ear buds on talking to her sister, me and her coworker. I didn’t care that her 15 year old sister had gotten a bunch of tattoos done at home. But when it came to making one of the subs I ordered, she barely put any black olives on it. I had made subs at Marco’s Pizza before and we always put enough on that you could taste them. I asked for more on the sandwich and was told I would have to pay for them. I said no I’m not paying extra. I knew when I got home that person the sub was for would be unhappy. I took him up there after I got back. He couldn’t even bite his sub because the white bread was hard enough that the Royals could’ve played ball with it. When we went back, they claimed the bread was fresh and it was made right. The manager was like with an attitude, “I just made that”. So she wasn’t happy that she had to remake it. She didn’t even apologize mistake. I will never order from this subway ever again!! Definitely not worth the money and the kids that work there are worthless. I will go further to the location at 911 n. Noland rd!! They know how to make a sub correct and with fresh bread. We tried to call to speak to them, bit she claimed they had no phone at their store and had been that way for a long time. Yet we could her the phone being hung up on our end.

Not gonna lie, I’ve never had such a bad experience with subway before.
Dude rushed the sandwhiches all 3. Missed half the toppings on all 3 sandwhiches, slacked on the mayo. On ALL of them. Didn’t add my vinegar and oil, gave us all the wrong bread. I’m literally like honestly so annoyed. I’ll be calling the manager tomorrow, this is so sloppy.

Matched only with customer service that made ordering so unmotivated to spend 50 dollars on three poorly made sandwiches.
Im not here to beg employees to put in the bare minimum. They put the sweet onion sauce on as if it comes out of their 401ks. Some of my meat was left in the paper container. This is why America has never been less satisfied with quick food.

Got 5 sandwichs with chips and drinks employees got mad at the order we made and threw our food around upon paying for it and rushed us out never had this kind of service from here. If your having a bad day don’t take it out on the customer’s might not come up here anymore for this experience.

The worst one i been to ever!! Don’t go there!!
They say they are open tell 10 pm we showed up at 9:43pm and was not greeted with good service.
The one girl threw down her broom and stormed off to the back for 5 minutes came back out and said ( just want to let you know we are closing in 10 minutes )
The other girl was all pissed when she had to check us out. We got 1 foot long.
The store is open tell 10 pm not 930 so putting everything away early and closing the store early is not in their job description.
I may never go to another subway.

So we got two subs and paid extra for extra meat and there was just one thing single piece of meat that had been doubled over in the middle where they sliced it so it would have the appearance of having more meat than it actually had. Super sketchy. We won’t be back.

3 stars because my family loves this place but every time we order here we ask for extra pickles and end up with less then normal, so we ask again and basically get a “are you kidding me attitude”. Other sandwich shops are more than happy to oblige!

Bread was chewy & the whole bin of lettuce brown. Disgusting. I worked Subway in Overland Park 3 years & took pride in baking bread every morning. Never was it like I just tried to eat with my Spicy Italian. I ate just the meat, tomatoes & olives. This Shocks me from my favorite sub restaurant
