We ordered sandwiches for delivery, and after an hour, they still had not shown. We called the store and they told us that the driver had just left. An hour later, they still had not shown, so we called the store again. The lady was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and kept saying that she wasn’t the driver and it wasn’t her fault. We asked to be refunded, so said she would get her manager to do it and then hung up on us.
We usually love Jimmy John’s, but will NEVER go to this location again. Extremely disappointed in the staff at this location and how they treat their customers. “Freaky Fast” delivery my ass, more like freakishly slow. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY, OR EFFORT.

Clean place with new and polite looking environment with personable catering to the everyday person looking to prove that the speed with which serve is matched by there preparedness keeps them ahead of the game in a growing neighborhood and ideal place just off the state fairs main population yet right in the heart of the areas growing residential/commercial businesses developed as a rejuvenation to the neighborhood and a montage to the old falcon heights Ma and Pa shops that have moved to using the strip as a still standing history in a modern urban evolution in business meets home life. Can you say modern small time town feel of state fair type living meet vastly expanding “mega tropolis” of the twin cities new futures combine to one sustainable nature lovers paradise.

Lucky for me, I was just contacted by the store to apologize and “educate” me on how Jimmy John’s works. I appreciate the first part but feel the latter is rather condescending. This interaction might help explain why there are so many poor reviews for this location, yet nothing has changed because they know best. Clearly, my expectations are too high and I’ll be going elsewhere and leave them to their flawless system. Best of luck, folks.

Careful ordering at this location. USED to be my favorite location like 2 years ago, but the last couple years; it’s been pretty bad. If you make ANY customizations to your order, you won’t get them. I never do.
Ordered 2 sandwiches tonight, both sandwiches were incorrectly made.
Pretty much done ordering from JJ’s; probably gonna go to Jersey Mikes from now on (by Rosedale) – they make the sandwiches correctly every single time.

I placed an order for delivery from this location and the delivery driver was really aggressive when he was dropping off my order even though I asked for it to be left at the door. I later realized that my order was made incorrectly and that I had items missing. The driver said he personally prepared it and it was a white guy who looked like he was in late thirties to early fifties. I’ll have to remember to check out more recent reviews to see if he’s still there before I order from here again.
