I patiently waited she never said a word to me to so I could come and pay because the sandwich was made. She looked at me a pretended not to see me and continued her conversation and even had the couple look at me. I walked out the store. Hire people with common sense and same damn CLASS!

The quality of employee has been steadily declining for 3 years, now.
Went from great customer service to… it’s not really bad customer service…
I don’t know how to describe it. Half the people working here presently seem to not really care what the customer is asking for.
For instance, tonight, I ordered a steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, a little banana pepper, and a single line of mustard.
What I got was about one pound of steak with cheese, a fist full of lettuce, tomatoes, a fist full of onions, a fist full of bell pepper, the banana pepper, and a big blob of mustard.
I know I know…
I didn’t want to cause a ruckus…
and I bought it because the girl sold me the sandwich at half price.
I just would rather had paid full price for the sandwich I wanted.

Just went to try and get me a sandwich, the sign says they open at 9 AM. I walk in at 9:10 AM. I didn’t really pay attention to the lights not being on because the door was open, but the lady goes you see my lights aren’t on that means I’m not open yet, but you can sit down and wait! No I’m leaving because why even have the door unlocked if you’re not open and ready to serve yet??

Was charged twice on June 9th. Just got my statement and saw this. I called the manager today. I was told it wasn’t their problem and to contact corporate. I’ve looked and tried over 11 times today to call or email corporate. It is literally impossible to reach, was disconnected twice by computer, and absolutely no email information. I’m very pissed. I want a refund or a credit on my next order. Can anyone out there tell me how to reach headquarters??????? I rate ZERO STARS……….

Ordered via the website for doordash delivery. I ordered a footlong tuna, got a 6 inch and it was barely wrapped. The second sub was the correct one, but had 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey and 1 piece of bacon. That photo is what the sub looked like when I got it. It barely had anything on it. The bag wasn’t sealed shut with the doordash sticker either.

Just left this location. Using smaller container for salad. The bowl is half full. One half scoop of tuna spread over a handful of salad. Staff non helpful when inquired as to why salad 50% smaller but same full price. Last visit to this location. Next communication is to corporate.

I just ordered items on the app and will probably never do it again. It seems like if you order anything through an app, you never get the same experience like you do if you order in person. The pepperoni and cheese dipper and the chicken and cheese dipper that I ordered were not prepared correctly, they look like a flatbread sandwich instead of a snack dipper as shown in their picture at the store and in the app. And the subway club sandwich that I ordered seemed like it had a half a squeeze tube bottle of mayo on it and it was not cut in half.

Would leave a zero star review if I could. Employee absolutely freaked out over a small amount of mud falling off my shoes onto the floor. I apologized and she continued to harass me over and over again. My friend had to refill his drink and walked back across the store and she had a fit. Absolutely disgusting behavior I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know to go to the other subway in town.
