As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was very welcoming. I got the pleasure to meet Angel who makes the best soups. Alan our server was very friendly and polite definitely professional. The bagels were delicious and the freshly squeezed orange juice. The Mushroom omelette was very tasty. The vegetable soup was awesome very well prepared. I would recommend this cozy place.

I have been looking for a legit New York bagel place for the last six months, and somehow I’ve missed this place. The bagels are amazing, the cream cheese flavors are better than any I’ve ever had, and the service is exceptional. Ask for Alan!

This is a nice place diagonally across from the Juliet. I had an egg and cheese bagel with an everything bagel. It was quite tasty but probably could have used a little more egg, but still good. Their coffee is excellent; I had the dark roast. I also tried one of their brownies. I know brownie fans have different criteria for what makes a good brownie. I can’t say this one met all of mine, but it was certainly good. No dings for the brownie.
This restaurant appears very clean and the staff is friendly. There are a few tables to eat here if you choose. They also serve lunch and have a variety of pastries. Their prices are very reasonable and you can order online and pickup. Highly recommend.

Starting the day at Bagel World Vassar is a delightful, comforting thing to do. Alan seems to have a prodigious memory for my morning order, and often has it ready literally as soon as I walk in the door. He must see my car drive up, or else he’s psychic. (If he’s cooking for someone else when I come in the door, he assures me that “we’ve got you.” Maybe I have to wait a maximum of 4 minutes). And it’s not just me; I’ve overheard other customers remark on Alan’s remarkable memory. Add to all this the friendliness of the place (starting with, but not limited to, Alan), the soft jazz playing that allows you to think and gently wake up, and of course the delicious fresh food— it gets 5 stars for sure.

The service at bagel world is wonderful. I order the same thing every time so all of the staff remember my order and I am greeted with a smile every time. I feel very welcomed here and love to come in for breakfast a couple of times a week.

Peaceful atmosphere, amazing food, great people. I come in around twice a week and the employees know my order!! I get such a great sense of community from coming here. I also love coming just to sit and chat with my friends!!! 10/10 cannot stress this enough!

I’m all in for supporting local business don’t get me wrong. So me and my lady decide to go try this place because was down the street and looked good in the Pictures. While her bacon egg and cheese was great no issues there. I can’t say the same. My meat lovers omelette was fine but I had also ordered a Cobb salad. It was going great until I see this dark wet slimy clump of lettuce & to my horror there was white fuzzy mold growing out of it. Immediately threw it away and now I’m considering my life choices. I’m not here to tear this place apart because it could be a honest mistake. Definitely not a great first impression. Maybe I’ll just stick to the bagel sandwiches if I ever decide to go back.

Was in town for one night and always try to find a good bagel spot when I’m away. Glad I chose Bagel World from a number of options in the area. Had the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything egg bagel – delicious!! Good food and good service.
