I usually don’t rate the quality of service offered by a business based on how long it takes for orders to be completed and ready for customers, since various factors can influence that. I also don’t leave low-rated reviews for reasons like oversights regarding missing ingredients or special requests.

What is relevant is the perception this business is creating regarding employee behavior toward customers. I won’t go into details, but I made two visits to this location on Sunday, October 18 2025—one around 7:00 PM and another after 11:00 PM that same night.

In both visits, the behavior and way they addressed me stood out:

**First visit (~7:00 PM):** An older lady who was very rude—I spoke to her to ask about a pickup order, and she left me talking to myself at the counter in the lobby.

**Second visit (after 11:00 PM):** It was via the drive-thru. After trying to pick up the order at the main entrance, which was closed, I went to the drive-thru window and asked the guy there about the order. In an unfriendly manner, he told me to go to the main door where they’d give me the order.

I went back to the main door and parked again. While waiting, I saw another skinny guy approach my location and hand me the food. Truthfully, I wasn’t expecting to hear what he said, and this is exactly what he told me: “Next time you come through the drive-thru, you need to turn down the volume of your music.”

Truthfully, in both encounters that day, I perceived that the staff was working with a lot of frustration, and this behavior is reflected in how they treat their first contact with customers.

The last three times I have gone through this drive through I order a number 2, three soft shell supreme tacos. Every single time it’s never a supreme just a regular. Will stop going to this location as they can’t seem to get the order right.

Just came in the drive thru and had a kind of a big order, was around $60 atleast. Noticed my modified orders werent marked and that i was missing an item so i brought it back in. I went back in and the manager Deann on shift didnt acknowledge anyone in the lobby, was talking to another customer very inappropriately when he said he was missing something in his order he said he was missing his cinnabons and her response was basically accusing him of lying instead of “ im so sorry sir let me get those for you “. She was also rude to the door dash people as well that were waiting very patiently. When it came to my turn being helped not only was she being very rude to me but she was talking down on her staff as well, and the young gentleman trying to help her figure out my order. She should not be a manager there if thats how she speaks to employees and customers, her job requirement is literally customer service and she had none. The fact that I had to tell her to stop talking to her staff in that way and she even acknowledged it by saying “ i know but… “ was very upsetting. No employee deserves that regardless of where they are working.

This is honestly the worst experience I have ever in my entire life with Taco Bell!
And interestingly enough, other reviewers of this location appear to have also had an issue with that older ladies behavior.
I am absolutely disgusted with the way that the older lady on the microphone that handed me my food behaved.
She was so extremely unprofessional and rude.
I had an order that accidentally went to a different location. I asked for assistance to have this canceled. She rudely told me that I had to do it and I tried so hard to figure it out by myself. There was nobody behind me nobody in front of me there is literally nobody there. And she kept getting loud with me demanding that I leave. I was there maybe 5 minutes. I’m not kidding you she was so impatient and had no concern at all for the issue that I was experiencing. I remained polite when I was asking for help. But then she became very mean about it. She kept ordering me around and just plain mean.
I don’t feel that she should be in customer service. And I was so worried that she was going to spit on my food as well.
And after all was said and done, was able to resolve the issue on my own. And unfortunately she did not know how to talk nicely. And speaking of food, the Chicken Cantina that she made could easily have been 90% tortilla only, which I do believe she did on purpose. TINY!!! Was this intentional? Or is this a Taco Bell issue?
Other locations that I’ve been to have been fine. And never have been that tiny, when I rolled the taco up it was all tortilla except for a very very very very very very thin layer of toppings. I have never experienced that elsewhere.
I will never ever feel comfortable being at this location, with her attitude I don’t think that I could even feel safe with my food around her.
As a customer I should never have experienced her behavior like that. I understand the customer service is not an easy job to do. But I was not deserving of what she did.

Still nobody has reached to me regarding this issue. I am asking for a followup (today if possible), please.

The dining room at 11:30 a.m. was filthy when we stopped in for a casual lunch before grocery shopping at WinCo. The food was what we expected for Taco Bell. The service was good. It was surreal though and very unprofessional while we were there. I’m assuming the GM or district manager? Not sure who though was doing performance reviews and what sounded like write-ups or corrective actions for her team in the restaurant near the public eating. We were able to hear everything. They also talked a lot about firing someone with a medical issue. All in all I’ve worked in management for 22 plus years and I could never imagine myself belittling my team in front of a room of their peers and customers.

Insanely understaffed. Customers and door dash drivers stand around listening to employees fight or complain.
Manager lady berates the employees. and today the district manager was in the lobby yelling about employees scheduling situations while no orders went out.
Very toxic and the staff are always upset over something. It’s actually very shocking to see employees acting that way towards the job and each other

Went in on a Friday at 5 and I was alone. The front door was as open and none of the trash cans had liners. I paid 23 dollars for four items. The nacho fries were cold and stale. I honestly have no idea why I didn’t just leave before I ordered. Eating there was awkward as hell because you had these clueless high school kids just trying to do their job and some manager lady just kept berating them and yelling at them. Food came out fast but that’s about it 1/5

I’ve had a couple of times where this shop forgot my sauce or whatever when they first opened, but ever since they have been amazing. They are always fast and very pleasant when speaking with them at the window and taking payment. Current staff is genuinely top notch. Thank you!
