if i could give this diner 5 MORE stars i would. Me and my boyfriend ate here after a long and confusing drive expecting two star diner food and were pleasantly impressed by HOW INSANELY GOOD THE FOOD IS. We shared a milkshake in this gorgeous diner, and were served quickly by our wonderful, gorgeous, sweet waitress. ITS ALMOST TOO SWEET….. Great atmosphere, Amazing vibes. Left as big of a tip as i could, and if i had the money to tip everyone working staff on 09/21/25 i would. Best food experience in a LONG time.

This diner cheks all the boxes that one expects in an American diner. The decor, a jukebox, a life-size cardboard cutout of Elvis, a long bar and booth seating. Where it falls short is where it really matters: the food. Borderline tasteless with the home fries undercooked and most likely from a frozen bag. A food joint in need of a culinary intervention.

The sense of nostalgia is unfortunately not enough to recommend this place. With a bit of work, this could be a charming diner, but mediocre service, exorbitant prices, and sloppily prepared food (our burgers were burnt and oddly shaped) ruined the experience.

As a fan of diners and the 80s vibe, this place made me happy.

I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Got myself an eggs benedict and with bacon, link sausages, biscuits and gravy. It was loaded with cheese – best way to start your sunday!

The waiters were kind too. I recommend this place for brunch or breakfast.

This classic American style diner is a staple in the Los Gatos community! Retro-style decor with ALL of the True Diner classics! You can’t miss here whether it’s the chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, or even the liver and onions! The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun, and the pricing is affordable! Parking is a little scarce, but don’t let that stop you from popping in for an omelet on the patio on a Sunday or a blue plate special of your choice! They also serve alcohol, so grab one of their jumbo mimosas to go with it!

We were very excited to go eat at this diner but it was raining and we couldn’t dine in with our dog since the outdoor area was closed. Instead we got take out – I got the Kentucky hash and house omelet. The hash came with eggs made how you like them, grilled spinach and tomatoes, and biscuit & gravy. The gravy and biscuits were delicious, and the food was flavorful we really enjoyed it.

I recently dined at The Dinner of Los Gatos and had a mixed experience. The menu offered classic options like the Big Hotdog, Benedict Eggs, and a Garlic Mushroom Burger, each of which had room for improvement. The hotdog was overly salty, and the Benedict Eggs were unfortunately overcooked, leaving us wishing for a creamier texture. As for the Garlic Mushroom Burger, it was lacking the garlic flavor that was promised, which was disappointing for anyone hoping for a robust taste.

On the bright side, the atmosphere was fantastic, with nostalgic decor featuring Elvis and Marilyn Monroe everywhere, creating a fun, vintage vibe. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3 out of 5 – enjoyable for a quick bite if you’re in the area but not quite hitting the mark. The ambiance definitely elevates the experience, though!

Delicious brunch and excellent service! We ordered the nutella deliciousness, hash browns, the chilaquiles, the chunky monkey waffle, the veggie omelet, and the Joe’s special scramble. The nutella deliciousness was good, but the portion was big. The hash browns were great, and the chilaquiles were tasty. Everything was amazing, and our server was super helpful. Overall, this is a great restaurant and I would definitely come again.
