I love this place. I have lived in West Kingston for five years and I swear by Kingston Pizza. The food is delicious, they offer X-large round pizza, is way better priced to its competitors. The staff is personable and kind. It’s “the” pizza place of our area if you ask me!

This place is up at URI so I have to go out of my way to go there but worth the trip. I got the Garlic Rose with extra tomato sauce. With the thicker dough, more tomato sauce, Roma tomatoes and garlic slices, this was a transcendental pizza pie. Thick and delicious. Reminded me of the old Caserta pizzas of the 1980’s but better. Will be back soon. Definitely not the cookie cutter pizzas being made today and the pice was decent.

The first time I got a pizza the bottom crust was doughy. I didn’t make a fuss because it was takeout and it was ready way before we got there. The second time I had a calzone eating in and the same thing. I’m guessing it was not being cooked enough on the bottom. But the last visit, all was good and flavorful! Maybe it depends on the cook.
