Of course we’ve all been to the local Dominos in our area or near our homes. However, can you say that there’s an employee at you local Dominos store that knows what most of your orders are as well as recognizing when you change up from your normal order? I can!!! My guy Shane never misses!! I’ve witnessed him doing it all from taking orders, to making pizzas. He’s a one man army!! Not to mention every pizza I’ve ordered has been delicious. I placed a order today 3-5-26 and it was something totally different from my normal and when I walked in to pick it up, of course he greeted me like always, “What’s up my man?!” Followed by “I noticed you changed up on me!” I laughed and said yeah I wanted to try something different. I’m vegetarian so I came up with a spinach and green pepper combination on a thin crust. It was delicious of course and my guy Shane never disappoints! So to Dominos Corporate, you’ve got a gem of an individual at your Lewisville/Clemmons location with Shane!! He’s awesome!!

September 12, afternoon. The skill and attention in making my pizza was incredible. I’ve only had two interactions with this pizzeria in the month since moving here and I am so thrilled that it’s my local pizza place. I ordered a half ham pineapple chicken, half pepperoni mushroom extra cheese, on a large thin crust, no oregano, uncut…that’s a TOUGH order…and to say they nailed it is an understatement. Just look at that thing. Deserves an award.

As soon as I placed an online delivery order , the store called and gave a realistic ETA. They arrived within the time frame , food was hot and fresh, and the delivery driver was fast and friendly!!! Great customer service, especially to have only had one driver for the night ! Awesome !

Ordered pizza and wings last night for dinner. We asked for buffalo wings and received this, where’s the sauce? Not sure if this was supposed to be a joke or not but they were disgusting because they had zero flavor. Since when was drizzling sauce over wings a thing?

Online order for delivery. Waited about 2 hours for delivery. Tracking information showed order was delivered but we had no food. So we called to inquire. Genuine concern that maybe it had been delivered to the wrong address. Whoever answered the phone could not have been more rude. Gave excuse of being short with only 1 delivery driver and then HUNG UP. Working in the food industry I get that. Things happen. Rudeness isn’t justified when we state “hey it says delivered but we don’t have it. Just making sure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong place.” No excuse to be hung up on and have our entire order burnt (with the exception of the brownie). As someone that runs multiple restaurants I would fire anyone that speaks to or treats my customers that way.

This is the worst quality control in the universe.. Pizza is always inconsistently cooked.. I only order from here because the country club store won’t deliver here..and you can’t order carry out after a certain time, but tonight was more than Terrible. Completely unedible. Uncooked and still delivered. Whoever sent this out should be fired. I called back to get it remade, but they said the oven just broke, but wasn’t broken when I ordered. The guy on phone blamed delivery driver, Kyle, for taking the food out too soon. Don’t ever order from here. You might get a decent pizza 1 time out of 100.

DO NOT Eat Here. Very rude and unprofessional work crew. They gave me the wrong order (Pizza) and when asked to change it, they said they couldn’t and I need to call their customer service number to report it… The WORST Part is the food gave me food poisoning and had to get medical care. The pizza was the only thing I’ve ate yesterday, so I know for a fact it was from their food and their nasty dirty staff they got working in there. With a 3.4 stars for a big company like yours, you should be ashamed of yourself, I hope the FDA shuts you down if you continue to be careless with your food and employees. You don’t deserve to be in our neighborhood serving us unclean food to make us sick.

Had delivery. Asked for well done emphasizing two times the well done. We got a soggy pizza delivered to us. The delivery person was very nice and well mannered and pretty fast.Thus the five stars for service. But the lady on the phone when we placed our order insured us it would be well done. So if you like your food a particular way we would advise you order from somewhere else.

The pizza we actually ordered was destroyed, I’m not even sure if it’s all in there. The other pizza wasn’t destroyed but instead of a hand tossed Buffalo Chicken it was another thin crust pepperoni. The most frustrating part is when I tried calling the store twice I was immediately placed on hold before I could get a word in. They never came back to the phone in the 15 minutes I waited both times. None of the sauces that are an extra charge either. So glad you get the convenience of having to tip in advance.

Had a minor issue with our order, and they went above and beyond to correct and replace it. The manager was kind, service was great, food was everything we expected and craved from Domino’s. We’ll remain repeat clients, this is one of our delivery go to places.
