After I got my sandwiches home my sandwich was a mess. I called they said they would remake. After I got down there he did not want to remake it. Had to call the manager. He then put four people in line ahead of us before he finally made it after his manager told him to. I have never had such terrible service at Subway before! Alex was his name.

3 of us from my family went in to get food on Friday night. It was 8:20 and we were treated like the scum of the earth for wanting the lady to make our food. My daughter ended up going with her dad about 10 minutes before we were there and she said the same lady acted like she didn’t have the time of day to make anything. She was very impatient and kept huffing anytime we would discuss what all we were getting. They had a couple new menu items we were discussing trying. It wasn’t an ungodly amount of time or anything. But she acted like we were such an inconvenience coming in and spending 50 bucks. She was sloppy and gross. I stopped coming here and she just reminded me why after a year. I’m highly disappointed. I won’t be back. I’ll drive to another town for subway if I want it.

Sheryl is the slowest person I’ve ever met. There was 2 people in front of me in line and it took over 30 minutes to get to me. Once it got to me, she huffed and puffed throughout the whole order while rolling her eyes. I also shouldn’t have to deconstruct my sandwich and remake it myself because of how poorly and sloppy it was made. Literally your only job is to make the sandwich. Get rid of Sherryl for the love of god. This place is horrible.

The store was newly remodeled and the staff was amazing. The regional manager Brian and Sam our sandwich artist were awesome. Sam made our sandwiches “like you were making it for yourself” and made sure everything was evenly spread and looked amazing. Brian stepped in while Sam was finishing my sandwich, and rang us up ensuring the whole process remained seamless. All the ingredients were fresh and our sandwiches looked like something you’d see on a menu. If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys definitely deserve raises, and if you need help training in customer service look no further.

We typically eat here several times a week. Sadly, over the past 6 months the service and quality has steadily declined. We truly try to support our local businesses, but it is hard to when the service declines. We were there yesterday and were told that we could no longer order our normal Pizza Sub because they were not allowed to use the Marinara sauce on a sandwich unless it was a meatball Sub. Yet, it is still on their menu.

I’ve worked for subway before and was an assistant manager so I could be just critiquing based off how I wanted my employees should have treated customers but the night I went in the lady was so frustrated about how many customers she had, and wearing a mask. I get it this mask thing while working is not ideal but in my mind she should not have been taking her anger out on me. She was very rude and didn’t at all have “good” Customer service. The food was great though. I’d definitely return as long as she wasn’t working. She did do a great job with the sandwiches though, but unfortunately I completely forgot to take photos.

Hey this place is great, not just subway, but specifically THIS subway. The staff made all the difference, they were friendly and engaging AND made a great sandwich. Sure, subway always makes their sandwiches great, but these people take some pride as sandwich artists.
During these times when good, hardworking, employees are hard to find, this place found them.
Keep up the great work and I hope your search for additional employees results in the same success you had with the 2 that were working when we visited.
