This place has the potential to be a good place. However the staff seems not interested in there job. The place was cold. Heat was set low. With some improvement they could do good. Add music or something. Get the staff upbeat and care. The food was good d Portion size was decent. Hopefully they change it up.

They forgot we were there. Since it was our first I had to inquire about the process because I saw that they were going to entertain someone that arrived after my party. The energy was off, it felt like the staff was not fully vested in serving on this day. Refills are not free, thats bummer, especially when they provide you your drink and there is a wait on your food. Preference I suppose for that. Food wasn’t the best but we were hungry, it did the job. I would not recommend.

Me and my family went there for the first time to get a seafood boil. The food was delicious, I would definitely go back for the food. But it took them 16 minutes to come and ask what we wanted to drink. My mom and boyfriend didn’t get the seafood boil and the waiter gave them their food first and said to me and my dad “you guys are gonna have to wait” which we thought was rude. When our food came he never came back to ask how it was or if we wanted anymore drinks. Probably one of the worst services I’ve experienced. Food was good service was terrible.

First time here, delicious. I order the combo B and C, the special juicy sauce very good！If you like spicy, I recommend HOT or EXHOT level.
I think that hot sauce is more match for crayfish, very close the Chinese style spicy crayfish, so delicious that you suck your fingers.
The bad point, I think corn is frozen corn, the grain is not full. I prefer potatoes without peel. The snow crab is a bit thin.

Food was OK. Customer service was decent at best. Food is very minimal like a kids meal for an adult. Customer service is so so small amount of food ketchup and hot sauce is rationed had a lot of false advertisement no alligator tail. How much did you spend there

Worthless. Ordered delivery through ubereats. Hushpuppies were literally burnt. Garlic noodles were tasteless and so oily but also stiff and stuck together bad. The seafood boil was so salty that I barely got any flavor from it but the lime or lemon after taste. I don’t think the potatoes were washed off though bc of some spots. Just thrown in. For size shrimp I know the weight was not half a pound as ordered. Crab legs hit or miss… whether meat is in it. Sucks. I ordered from here months ago and was disappointed. I’m bothered that nothing had changed. I always give chances so I don’t count anyone out but there will not be a 3rd time disappointment. Not worth the money at all!!!!! Especially when you are so hungry and been waiting on this food.

We got the medium spicy Juicy Special King Crab legs and snow crabs. Delicious! We, also, got a side of fried green beans and garlic parmesan fries. Also very tasty. Highly recommend King Crab.
