Wanted to love this place as we have been there years and years ago. Root beer is amazing, but food is so bland. Burgers are frozen patties with no seasoning, cheese curds were overdone and lacked flavor. French fries were just your standard frozen. Go for a float, but avoid the food

Sitting in the restaurant writing this review because I couldn’t wait! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. The food is amazing, flavorful and came extremely fast. The root beer is cold and served in chilled glass mugs and has great flavor. To top it off the prices are cheap! You get a lot of food for a very fair price.

We’ve been coming here for 15+ years, multiple times a summer, as part-time local residents.. but I have to say it’s dead to our whole family now. I’ve heard of businesses cutting corners.. but this “root beer stand” cut way to far: THEY NO LONGER MAKE ROOT BEER (or sell it by the gallon)!! What kind of root beer stand can you be, without root beer? Do yourself a favor and simply walk across the street to Kwik Trip for better root beer from the gas station! Very sad.

I usually get a double cheeseburger with the works, Great sandwich, I suggested to my wife to get one, she agreed, She ordered a single and I ordered a double to go. This was at 1:30 PM on Tuesday the 8th. We got home and they were so so so salty, we couldn’t eat them and threw them out. It would cost me over $6 in gas to return them, I would like my money back. $11.83 . Find me on facebook, Poorschmuck. Thanks
