ROSIE’S BAKERY in Wasco has been for years my family’s go to place for our pastry needs. Recently my mother, who’s a diabetic, celebrated her 90th birthday. So it’s very important to choose a bakery who is both sensitive & capable of catering to her specific nutritional needs.
Hence, ROSIE’S made her a quarter sheet pink champagne cake with strawberry filling and cool whip as the topping. Absolutely no frosting, and yet the cake tasted light and looked & tasted amazingly delectable. In as much that it became the topic of the evening after being served and savored.
Their baked goods are reasonably priced and they create a variety of cakes (flavors & toppings) for your personal celebratory occasions (our fave is the one that I described we ordered for my mom). My family has yet to be disappointed with any cake we’ve asked them to make for us.
When you’ve experienced a bakery product from a local business that gives your palate pleasure, it’s difficult not to sing their praises and share it with others.
I hope you’ll give them a chance to create a cake for one of your future familial celebrations.

The ladies don’t give good service and you aren’t paying with cash you have to get a minimum of $5 of items and they charge $1 additionally. The payaso cookies taste like plastic

i ordered a cake for pickup, mind you i’ve ordered on multiple occasions. although of course the cake i ordered for my own birthday was cancelled the day before pickup. now i can’t order another one somewhere else because they cancelled the day before. they messed up their own schedule and timing and now i suffer the consequences of their inability to schedule properly.

I love Rosie’s. I haven’t had their cookies I. A few months. Thought I’d go into town and get some today. Bought some smiley faces and a Spider-Man… although I love her cookies nothing was wrong with them but I do have to say the cookie taste different. Icing is the same but the cookie was off a bit. I don’t know if y’all changed your recipe but was a lil sad.

Dad would always got our birthday, and graduation cakes at Rosie’s. Pink Champagne, half sheet, every time. Never stopped being delicious. I remember once a little kid version of me, hanging out with her son. We watched his mom slice the ends off with such care, and precision. Her cakes were always special.

Always come here to get cakes. Long story short they messed up on the cake just looks like there was no effort put into it. I asked for flowers only it came with a bunch of other stuff of course they offered to fix it for it to only to come out even worse the border wasn’t even finished right , they put some tiny roses on the cake that I’ve never seen before. Then she tries to pull out a book with all her cakes trying to prove me wrong and she only proved me right.. she clearly saw that I was in the right. Horrible customer service just because on there end they messed up the order they don’t want admit there fault and just get the order right.
