Definitely check your order before you leave. Not very happy at all. They wanna give me a crazy bread for the inconvenience of a pizza that shoulda only been $15.50 but I paid 25$ because it’s how I wanted it. I wanted a 5 meat add extra cheese and butter and parm. The butter and parm is what makes the pizza good at little ceasers otherwise I woulda went somewhere else. I didn’t have a car so I had my sister who lives in freeland to bring it to me in Saginaw cause I didn’t have a car so I couldn’t take my messed up pizza back that they didn’t put the garlic butter and parm on. She’s trying to tell me I shoulda put the pizza in my fridge til I had a ride to bring it back. Not cool who does that lol then other to replace it with just a bread stick which they think is more better then the $3 I had to pay for the garlic and parm on my pizza. Such a waste of money and very poor management not sorry. Also if you can’t add items such as extra cheese your manager shoulda explained that when I placed the order and he charged me $25 for one nasty pizza but I thought I was getting what I wanted so I paid for it. Bull crap. would you pay $25 for this I’m calling corporate I’m so mad.

Placed an order online for a stuffed crust pizza. Went to pick it up, drove home and opened the box to see a very interesting looking pie inside. I figured I would try it, took a bite (my son also tried one) and was taken back by how overloaded this thing was with cheese and grease. Went back to look at the pizza and there was NO WAY this was a stuffed crust, i then looked at my recipet to make sure I ordered the right thing. I called the restaurant to inform them what my issue was. I was spoken over while trying to explain the situation and I was told I was given a stuffed crust, and that this person was the one who made it themselves, so they KNOW it was. I told her that was fine, I will just bring it back. I wasnt going to argue over the phone. Upon arrival I asked to speak with a manager and was just handed a stuffed crust by said manager and was told they mixed up my order with someone else’s and they gave me a complementary order of crazy bread. I leave my review at 3 stars however, due to the inconvenience of having to make two trips to this location, the way I was spoken to on the phone and the way I was just abruptly handed a new pie and dismissed. My advice to whomever orders from here, CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE LEAVING. Photos attached of my “stuffed crust”.

This is consistently one of the worst locations in the Saginaw area for a quick dinner solution. I have consistently tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was terrible. We ordered a special menu pizza and crazy bread, the bread was burnt, and the pizza was thin and greasy. If I pulled either of those items out of the oven, I would not serve it to a guest. Need better quality control methods.

This is more of a recognition post. I have been coming in there for a while. The staff always looks miserable except a staff member by the name of Ryan. He always greets me with a smile and is very nice and a breath of fresh air that this business needs.

We frequently visit this Little Caesars Pizza location, and have always had great food and service. I took the time to write a review this time because we received exceptional service last week from Nicki when we came in not long before closing time without having ordered ahead. She went above and beyond our expectations to be friendly and fulfill our order as quickly as she could. We had had a very busy day and her service was the bright spot in our day that cheered everyone up! And I should mention that i think she may have been the only one working at that time, so that made this extra impressive! If you see this, Nicki, thanks for helping me feed our family on short notice! You are a true blessing!

This is the best Little Caesars around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Tina was amazing, getting extra napkins and holding the doors for me. I highly recommend.

My pizza lack cheese and it smells nasty. The place looks clean but the workers is a different story. The person who took my order was high. Plus the pizza taste like beer. I had to throw it away. The female was moving very slow and the guys was lost in the sauce.

I always go to the Little Caesars on North Union Street their Pizza is always perfect now the other day I had to run near Freeland and I went to their Little Caesars that was the worst Pizza of my life the kids didn’t like it it looks like it was sat on it was like no don’t it was so bad and it tasted funny and the crazy bread was burnt hard it was just horrible I don’t know if the workers just don’t know how to cook or something I don’t know what it was it was nasty but I don’t go to Freeland it was a one-time thing
