I was in Parsons for work, traveling from Texas, and was looking for a local coffee shop. I was told to check out Cafe Do, and I’m so glad I did!

I was greeted by one of the owners, Angela, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. I told her I was looking for a coffee that was more coffee-forward and not too sweet. She recommended a seasonal drink made half sweet. I ordered the Toasty Bear, half sweet, with an extra shot of espresso, and it was excellent—perfect balance of coffee and sweetness.

They also offer amazing breakfast sandwiches called doniches with sausage, bacon, or fried bologna. I’m originally from the Midwest, so the fried bologna donich caught my attention. It was sold out my first day, so I tried the sausage donich instead, which was delicious. I went back the next morning early and was able to get the fried bologna donich—and it was hands down my favorite. The flavor was perfectly savory with just a touch of sweetness.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend both the coffee and the doniches. Everything was fantastic, and Angela and her family made the experience even better with their kindness and hospitality.

Best coffee around! Very lovely atmosphere, I always look forward to coming here! Their surges and baked goods are fantastic as well and I was pleasantly surprised about how much I like their doniches!

What a great experience. We were in town on some business and looked for a place to get a coffee. I got the SUGAR FREE Salted Caramel Almond Milk latte… Honestly, best sugar free latte I have ever had (I don’t eat sugar, so all my lattes are sugar free ). They made it with sugar free almond milk also (that is important…most places don’t) and they make their own smoked salt for top. SO yummy. We will be back in town next month, will definitely be stopping by… BTW, for those of you who are interested… the donuts looked amazing… They make them right there in their cafe.

We visited Café Dō today after stopping off on our way to Nashville and I have say it’s an absolute must visit spot! First of all, the coffee and iced matcha was so good, it’s worth it just for that alone. It’s a family run business & we were made to feel so welcome by the owners, especially as we were visiting from Ireland.

Finally, to top it all off we were lucky enough to try their ‘Donich’, which is their own invention and a cross between a donut and a breakfast sandwich. Genuinely one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time!

Do yourself a favour and make sure to stop in here for breakfast or lunch if you’re travelling along the I40, you’ll be so glad you did!

Over the past five years of your business. I’ve never encountered anyone that was particularly friendly or seemingly cared about my patronage. I’ve never once used profanity inside your place of business or ANY business in this area. Whether we agree or not on your business tactics, at the end of the day it’s your business. I know where my money is appreciated and it’s obviously not there and that’s fine. My opinion and honest review of your establishment is 1 star and it will remain. No one is purposely giving you 1 star out of spite, if you honestly think that, humble yourself.

Very thoughtful pricing and the most pleasant of staff. Come here for some peace and comfort and leave with a smile. This is my kind of spot.

Great coffee .. they got my special latte to my satisfaction.. I even ordered a second one. Friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Of course, the donuts and cinnamon rolls were delicious .. we watched as they dwindled down fast. It’s definitely worth your time to stop.
