This is the kind of restaurant where you can taste the love and thoughtfulness in the food. The fried snapper entrée hit all of the right notes, 10/10, I’m still thinking about it! Delicious breading, tostones fried to perfection and perfect pickled slaw to pair it with. Braised lamb was succulent with smoky charred bits and the components of the dish were well balanced and very pleasant to our taste buds. The dressing on the island delight salad was light, fresh and tasty. It’s clear that they are using high quality ingredients. Large portions, good music, and friendly service ~ a sweet new spot for date night or a wholesome family dinner.

My dinner partner and I both enjoyed our poisson dish. The food came out ‘smoking hot’. Each fish was actually enough for two people, so now we have lovely take away for another meal. Well done Chef Ava and team.

Chef Eva’s restaurant was amazing! The grilled shrimp with avocado cilantro crema was fresh and flavorful. The Island burger, with a juicy beef patty and crispy bacon on a vegan brioche bun, was delicious. The French-style sundae, layered with caramel, candied nuts, and a Madeline cookie, was the perfect sweet ending. Chef Eva’s dedication made the experience truly special. I would definitely be visiting again and highly recommend you should too. 10/10

Last night we ate at La Cachette du Coin. And Chef Eva did her thing. I had the crab cake as an appetizer and it was flavorful and delicious. For my Entree I had the Red Snapper. It was amazing, seasoned well and the presentation was top tier. I could not end my review without expressing how good the Black rice was. Overall a great culinary experience! Go now don’t wait you will not be disappointed.
