Hello,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today at this locations. I mistakenly arrived at the wrong Dunkin’ after placing a mobile order. When I asked for assistance, the employee named Tasha was rude and dismissive. Rather than helping me resolve the issue, she tried to rush me out of the store without explanation or courtesy.

I understand mistakes happen, but I expect a basic level of professionalism and respect, especially when I’m simply trying to get the order I paid for. This experience left a very negative impression.

I went to Duncan ordered a vanilla latte which when they gave it to me, and after I left, it was not sweet. It tasted awful. It tasted water down. I also ordered the bacon jam, grilled cheese, and when I got to the point where I open it there’s this giant egg and I can’t even eat eggs on it and I have no way at the time to take it back so I tried to call them, but of course they don’t answer their phone. Typical behavior from a fast food place. So now how do I get my money back for the gross food that I got? That would be a great to know because they don’t answer the phone and I have no way to get back there right now. If you just want to save your money and get something that’s actually satisfying and that is worth what you paid for don’t come here.

This was so disappointing. I should have read the reviews before coming here. But I’m hard headed and I had to learn the hard way. The fact that I drove miles out my way to come here, the fact that my order was so simple I didnt see how they could have messed it up. Ultimate Baron jam sandwich and hot tea with milk and sugar. First off my sandwich wasn’t ultimate. It was cold and missing the egg. I debated going back in to get it corrected because I don’t like giving ppl opportunity to play with my food. Three things you can not play with. My family, my money nor my food. And I’ve been to jail for that and they hit 2/3. One: it was only $9 but it was my $9. Two: when I went in those young women didnt give a damn about the issue of my sandwich. They all looked at me with the oh well face. I started to think am I the one tripping. I asked is this sandwich suppose to come cold cause I never ordered it before and I wanted to be sure. Then I looked at the photo on the menu and ask was it supposed to come with egg. The one I asked she asked another girl to make it because I guess she didn’t want the person actually making the sandwiches too remake it which I thought was a good idea. But the person she asked made a face like I was in for a rude awakening. I didnt even trust the sandwich to want to eat it anymore. She went back there to make it and I tried to keep my eyes on that but she disappeared for a sec and I didn’t like that. This time it was nice and hot but to much bacon jam it wasn’t edible. I’ve been to this location one other time and had a great experience. But this was just disappointing. They need to show down and make sure they giving quality over quantity.

Cashier looked at me making feel bewildered, like what was that look saying. She asked it I wanted my receipt, I said no she gave it to me anyway donuts didn’t taste as I recall. The other thing that makes me do this is both our coffees tasted more like sweet milk rather than coffee. Very disappointed, $9.80 went to waste!!!!

I came in around 9 am on Christmas morning to pick up two coffees and two donuts when I get to the window I’m not greeted by Patrick no hello good morning nothing at all. I get you at working on Christmas. He might be a little upset. I proceed to go and show him my phone. He very rudely tells me that he can’t scan it. My screen is too dark. I adjust the brightness. I guess the screen drops down he says MA’Am listen I can’t help you. Your screen is too dark puts down the scanner and begins to walk away. I tell him calm down is not that serious. I brighten up my screen he proceeds to scan my barcode, and then he slams the window and proceeds to walk away. He does not come back at all to give me my food he proceeds to have somebody else sit at the window while my food is sitting there looking at it through the window as he proceeds to go do something else. I asked the young associate. Where’s my order she proceeds to give it to me and I ask for his name his name is PATRICK. He is a MANAGER and he needs TRAINING It’s not my fault you got stuck with the Christmas shift, sir but you do need to bring the holiday spirit if you’re not going to bring it why are you here cause you are trying to ruin my day because you were being a GRINCH!!!

I placed a mobile order on the app. When I got there they were missing part of my order because it was out of stock. I had to go up to the counter and wait with another young lady. If I had said nothing no one would have tried to help me and I had already paid. There were so many people working however no one was at the front counter. The store was dirty and everyone was just making drinks for drive thru. Very disappointing! Service sucked!

I want there to get a hot vanilla latte and they gave me there version which used French vanilla for the vanilla flavor rather than normal vanilla! Which anyone who know either taste knows they are VERY DIFFERENT! I won’t be trying Dunkin’ donuts ever again since apparently they don’t have vanilla flavor for a regular latte.
